THATS RIDICULOUS, give me light ice please” . Still ended up with a full scoop of ice anyways after that but come on…yall want to charge for ZERO PRODUCT why? because they want to give me less of the energy drink that i’m already paying more than full price for? Thats a rip off. DO BETTER!

Great experience every time we go. Friendly people and despite being out in the hot sun (Valley weather is no joke!!) they’re always kind. Customers need to reciprocate the treatment, and respect their rules because they have your coffee ready as fast as possible and it tastes good too! No need to be petty over ice and an extra dollar when it’s protocol if an order is modified. If you don’t like it, then you’re more than welcome to make your own at home :)

I really don't know where to start other than this place started off pretty good but something has changed. I really can't put my finger on it but I suspect it's a managerial issue. The fact is there are so many other coffee shops that are coming on strong that realistically are so much better. I was terribly disappointed when my drinks started tasty funny and I was left with a very odd taste in my mouth later in the evening. The employees seemed to be confused somewhat and I believe it may be a training issue I'm not certain. What I do know is this...this company really needs to focus on someone who can properly run this coffee shop before it's too late! One example is the Monster carwash down the street in Edinburg,tx. They ever so quickly found out how fast they can essentially lose a hold of customer loyalty. Unfortunately for them other carwashes superior to them overwhelmed the industry and now has their customers. The customer will either make you or break you!

I am a loyal customer and have been for just about 7 months. Today,I had a rather strange situation with David LOL! I have been to several different coffee shops in my experience most of them are great such as 7 brew! Actually exceptional. Well today was so strange to say the least. I recently had some dental work done and for those of us that know. A lot of ice in your drink may cause serious pain particularly in the area the dental work was performed. I politely asked David to please make it light ice as I usually do. His response was ( IM GOING TO HAVE TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA ) I didn’t know whether to cry or laugh! Oh he wasn’t joking! He said there would be a major gap in my drink which I am well aware of! Yes, he said if he gives me lite ice I would be charged more mind you I am fully aware that the contents are specifically portioned controlled and I wasn’t asking for anything extra at all and let him know that. I said well you know just cancel my order as a principal of matter. I asked for a supervisor number. He said I am. I said what about area manager he says I am! lol, I believe it now because this company doesn’t have a common number for inquiries or comments where they actually answer you. Don’t get me wrong this is a new company and they have great products. I believe they were just probably in a rush to fill the manager spot and David was available. David is a great guy from what I can tell it’s just that this poor young man needs proper training. I don’t think he was trying to offend anyone or insult me but it was very apparent he doesn’t really understand how to run a business. Someone needs to get a seasoned experienced professional in there to take the bull by the horns and teach these kids what to do. I feel so bad for them. Nevertheless the drinks are pretty tasty!

Been going to 7brew since first location opened in McAllen last year and also to the other Edinburg location. I go to this location multiple times a week. My favorite drink sugar free blondie and I was never a fan of energy drinks but now their energy drinks are my go to also. Staff is super helpful and professional. I’ve never had a problem. Before this location opened I was going to Dutch bros in Edinburg but service not the best. I rather drive a few minutes extra here with better quality and service. Thank you!!! Hopefully soon there will be another Edinburg location near the expressway.

The fastest service I ever had in the coffee shop. They were very professional and kind. And even though I made my order outside sitting on the table, they came out multiple times to check on me to make sure that I was OK and need anything the ladies are wonderful. I ordered something that was not on the menu. It was a frappe peppermint and it was delicious. A medium for 6 dollars, and it was huge this is my forever coffee shop Now ? I have already recommend this place to my friends
