The roof caved in right next to my kids and I while we were eating dinner. Pieces of the roof landed on our food and table. My kids clothes got dirty and they got scared. Will not be returning to this location.

Cashier girl sounded like I was mad that I was there wand made me feel unwelcome, food didn’t take long to make, but when I got it the fries were bland and cold and the burger tasted like it was made an hour before I got it. Never coming back to this BK again.

Loved the prompt speed for delivery drivers, an excellent experience with food delivering.
The floors are a little greasy and the floors need degreaser but management please be nice about this.
They didn’t have Morticia’s Kooky Chocolate Shake at this location, and that was disappointing to say the least, the Wednesday whopper was okay, nothing out of the ordinary, but they didn’t have my damn milkshake!!

The lady with the 1,000 tattoos had an attitude. I thought I ordered extra fries as an “offer” but it didn’t go through. Why you may ask, because apparently ALL offers are not available at this location. When I got down to ask for my fries, she already new “you only got points…the fries did not go through!” My kids like ketchup and could only my give me one packet each.
