Came here to grab something fast after my daughters softball game, service was awesome big shout out to Justin in the drive thru, he is hilarious!! Made the drive thru fun to go thru lol, food was hot and drive thru was fast, recommend going here for fast service

Just wanted to say the staff here at 8/8:30PM was incredibly kind and friendly. My husband and I hadn't been to Burger King in a long time, and the young man at the register helped us order. There was also a very kind woman working there who chatted with us and helped change the TV channel.

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience my family had during a recent visit to your location. We came in specifically for the How to Train Your Dragon kids meals and were excited to enjoy both the food and the play area with our children.
After placing our order and allowing our kids to play, we noticed that one of the kids meals was missing—specifically for our daughter. I approached the counter to resolve the issue, but the woman working at the front completely ignored me and made no effort to assist. Thankfully, a kind gentleman who was preparing fries noticed and asked how he could help. I explained the missing meal and also asked if we could switch the toy to the blue dragon.
Before he could assist further, the woman at the front immediately interjected, saying they didn’t have that toy and accusing her coworker of lying. It was upsetting to see her be so dismissive and rude—especially since her coworker had just shown us the toy options that were available when we ordered.
Her behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. Ignoring a customer, then contradicting her own team member in front of guests, created a very uncomfortable experience for my family. I strongly recommend that this employee be coached on appropriate customer service and communication.

Went today and ordered at 7:24, two burgers with fries and chicken fries l, and we did not get our food until 40 minutes later. There were only 4 people in front of us and they were also complaining that they're food was taking too long and their orders were wrong. When we asked about our food, the cashier told us she had been calling out the order but she called out number 6 and ours was number 10 and still told us to give them a few minutes to get it ready. The food also came wrong, we asked for extra pickles in one of the burgers and it came with no pickles.

Went at noon, they were very busy but were very efficient and productive. My hamburger 🍔 was very good with that flame broil flavor. The place was very clean and modern. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience here.
