Twice I've had to go back because they forgot something that I had ordered and when I ask for something on my burger, like take off the pickles or something they don't take them off they don't do anything they make it as is and you take them off at home I guess . Last time I went through the drive-through, they handed drink to the person in front of me and I saw them do this and they try to hand me the same drink to me. I requested a new drink because the guy had it for a while before he gave back to them, and they looked at me like if I was like unreasonable.

My husband picked up dinner tonight on his way home from work.
Two Cobb salads with extra dressing (total of 4)
Cup of chicken tortilla soup
30 piece nuggets with fries and a drink.
When he got home our food was in the bag but only one salad dressing packet for 2 salads, dipping sauces, the tortilla strips for the soup and 2 forks. He packed everything up and went back. He spoke to Christie. She said she’d fix it.
He got the new order and came home.
We got our food, ONE PACKET of salad dressing for 2 salads, NO dipping sauces and NO tortilla strips for my soup. We also had NO utensils. Not only was it NOT fixed, they made it worse! Disappointed is an understatement.
Employees were very nice courteous. My food came out fast and warm. And let’s not forget very delicious as well.

The manager Jonathan is making the environment very uncomfortable. I'm sitting dine-in towards the back and I can still hear Jonathan being very demanding to his workers. Very rude sounding. Not once have I seen him be nice the entire time I was eating. The workers look miserable like if their scared to even speak. Workers definitely not treated like normal people.

20 minutes on drive thru waiting. Sandwiches were soggy with tomato due to wait time. Out of 3 sandwiches ordered ,1 was incorrect order. Drinks were water down as ice melted
