Great service and clean restroom

Food is good, but they take too long on curbside orders. A simple order of fries and a drink takes minimum of 20 minutes. I’m only writing this review because it has happens on several occasions. Ive tried calling from the curbside but I never get an answer.

I got to Chick-fil-A at 10:17 am and didn’t receive my food in the drive thru till 10:32am plus after I had left they forgot to put in an order of mine out of three . So I had to waste my miles on my car, and my gas , my time (in which is costing me money) and I called ahead as soon as I pulled out of my work parking lot and told Chick-fil-A about my order and which took me about 7 -10 min to get their because of the traffic lights and as soon as I got their I asked for my order and they had absolutely no idea what I was talking about until I gave them my receipt. Which they took and took 10 minutes to receive my order . Completely unacceptable. Unorganized. Lack of leadership/effort . Zero customer care. And by the time I got to work my food was cold. Cherry on top .

1 star for service because they are always stingy when giving out condiments/sauces in the drive thru even after you specify how many you need. This has happened to me not once, not twice, but almost every time I go by.

This location is the worst, you pay for food and don’t even receive it. Now you realize when you get home and then you have to drive all the way back because you trusted they would pack all the food you paid for!

Super upset!!! First I see that they didn’t add the sauces I requested. I had to go all the way around to get them. Then I get back to the hospital (we’ve been here 4 days) and they gave me fried chicken in my salad when I requested grilled, they didn’t even give me straws for my drinks. Then I call and speak to the girl manager (Ian) and she leaves me on the phone talking to myself. No sorry, no nothing, plain silence, I call back and now it’s off the hook so no one can call. This isn’t the first time they do this. They’ve been slacking big time there! But today was a long day and I just wanted to get back to the hospital and eat my food. But it isn’t even correct!! Super disappointed!

I ordered 175 sandwich meals from this store for the Smithson Valley Band for the playoff game against Vela. Diana and Ayana (hopefully I got their names correct) were amazing in their delivering of our food to the stadium! I want to personally thank them from myself and the Smithson Valley Band Boosters for their support and amazing service! We appreciate you all!

I don't know who's running this particular location, but the service is always poor, the staff are less professional than other locations, and they are always terribly prepared for orders. Don't bother ordering curbside or mobile at this location, they will NOT have your order ready on time. I ordered nearly 2 hours in advance for a small family order for a function at my son's school, and they didn't have a single thing ready. This location is very poorly run and operated.

Last night November 21, 2024 around 6:45PM me and my husband ordered 3 types of meals and the guy who’s taking our orders seems kinda irritated to us from asking him what sauces they have for our foods. He’s so disrespectful. When we go to the window to pay the guy told us to go to the parking drive thru #2 so we went there to wait for our food. We waited for like 10 minutes , we want to go inside but we decided not too , we waited until it’s already 25 minutes waiting and my husband decided to go inside and he found out that our foods is just there in the counter , sitting there for a couple of how many minutes . We want to return it or something but we decided to be nice because I know for sure they are tired but were tired too from our works that’s why we decided to order here , and I can say we don’t deserved to pay $40 for a cold foods . I hope you guys improve your service because it sucks , this is the second time that happened to us in the same location also .
