My daughter and I enjoyed the General Tsao chicken along with sweet and sour chicken entrees. We agreed that the value for your money was good since dinner entrees came with soup and egg-roll. Service was friendly and attentive. We also enjoyed the cool mix of Asian and western decor inside.

After a crazy 16 hr work day, Randall managed to squeeze in my last minute order. I can’t say how grateful I am. The lo mein and shrimp curry fried rice are beyond amazing every time I order them. I highly recommend Chopstix to all my friends and strangers. Thank you again Randall for the best customer service and incredible food.

Been coming here for a long time but NOT anymore! Ordered the Orange chicken to go and when I got home, the box was LEAKING so much that the bag tore and the sauce got all over my car, shoes, and shirt!! When I called to let them know what had happened, the lady I spoke to had the nerve to tell me “It wasn’t leaking when I gave you the bag” to which I thought WHY wouldn’t you check inside the bag first to make sure nothing was spilled?!? Ridiculous excuse and such disrespect!

Never trust a place with so many options to order from and no pictures of what you'll be ordering. I ordered something with a ginger flavor, im expecting ginger flavor, well there was none, its over sauced, the rice, forget it. If you want good asian food this is not the place, you're better off at a buffet. We didnt finish our food.
We came to eat here for my dad's birthday as just a quick dinner since we USED to love the food from there. I don't know what's going on now. All of the plates came out at completely different times... 3 plates total and my mom was the last one to get her plate 20+ mins after the first plate. We were the only table in the restaurant at that time. We had to ask twice for them to check up on her plate of general tso chicken. My dad’s plate was already getting cold by the time her plate came out. We asked the server what was going and all she said was that it’s not on her it’s the kitchen. After that she never came to check up on us. My plate (chicken chow mein) had absolutely no flavor to it at all and we had to get up to ask for the bill and boxes. We asked to speak to the manager and told her how we hated the whole experience from the service to the food. She said she came by to see if everything was okay but that’s a LIE. She NEVER came to our table while we ate just looked at us from across the room. Which we told her and she said that looking at us from across the room was her “checking”. We pointed out that I didn’t eat my food only the small portion of rice if she can at least take that off and she said no cause she can’t do that without cook’s approval and she didn’t want to get them mad… I’m sorry what? I didn’t eat my food cause it had no flavor and you're worried about the cooks? We used to order from here all the time but never again

I recently visited Chopstix to pick up food for my parents. Upon arrival, two girls were standing at the front, and one inquired if I was there for pickup. I replied affirmatively, provided my name, and she proceeded to retrieve my order. However, the younger girl accused me of being rude and mean for interrupting their conversation. I apologized, although I hadn't interrupted them, as the other girl had asked me a question. Unfortunately, this isn't my first negative experience with Chopstix, as some staff members have consistently displayed rudeness. Notably, the other girl who attended to me was apologetic and courteous. In contrast, the owner, often seen wearing a hoodie, was previously rude to my elderly father. My parents frequently visit Chopstix, at least once or twice a week, and I've accompanied them in the past. However, I must admit that I dislike visiting this establishment due to the servers', manager's, or owner's lack of people skills. It's perplexing how Chopstix remains operational despite raising their prices and employing staff with poor interpersonal skills. Consequently, I estimate that Chopstix has lost at least 10 customers due to their rudeness.

This has been my favorite chinesse food place for years untill today 8/7/25 at 7:15pm. Ive always order the special fried rice and substitute the shrimp for extra beef since Im allergic to shrimp. But today the person that was taking my order told me that I could get NOTHING as meat substitute for the shrimp in the ruddest way possible. What a poor customer service with a lifetime customer. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Thank You Nohemí For the recommendations, being so kind and patience with our 20 questions loved her bubbly personality I think we found our new spot. Next time we Will be dining in 5 ⭐️
