Church's Texas Chicken

Just want to thank Brianna for everything & making things greater than they already where she did tell me my order was going to take a bit because they where still cooking but was 100% worth it. ....I live so close to the one on 281 & Closner but that place is always so unprofessional and always are rude plus to top it off they always mess up the orders.but this place on University is my new church's 100% recommended

I've been calling you all, for 15 minutes. You didn't put my complete order, and you don't answer the phone ever. How do you even talk to the manager, if they don't pick up.

Every time I go to a churches, there are either dead roaches in the lobby or in your food. This time, it was in the lobby.

I got tenders but one was under cook. I tried to tear it in half and it was acting like rubber. Food supposed to be cooked all the way. They don't serve dirty rice like others churches chicken

Every time I go they say it's a 20 and 30 minutes waiit for the chicken ? I love churches but the drive thru wait for chicken is ridiculous

Worst location ever the crew they had in the afternoon was horrible. None of the fountain machine drinks worked properly, they tried to over charge us for something we didn’t even order. They had a door dasher that was waiting for an order waiting for more than 15-20 min. And were giving everyone else their order even when they came in after him. They also had such anti social attitudes like they hated their jobs and didn’t even want to work. None of them had name tags on but it was 2 dudes with glasses and a young girl that were working that day at around 3pm. Never again will I ever tell anyone to come here and I will definitely not be back it seems to me they want to run off the customers more than get customers they had absolutely no decent customer service at all.

The drive thru menu wasn't lit upn so we had to order directly at the window. They messed up our order, even after repeating it back to us twice. The "7 minute" wait turned into almost 20 minutes. They gave us an extra side to compensate, so we would have been very happy if they had given us the correct food.

You know how that day it’s the same ? well no. I visit deferent Church’s and it did tase deferent and I love ? it. Staff very nice and respectful.

Parking: Well and clean and did not have a problem to drive in

Kid-friendliness: The staff said hi to my grandkids and wave ? not everyone does that. They just tell amount to pay and bamonos. This people are friendly

Ordered here on Thursday April 18. Son got really sick was throwing up all night and had diarrhea the next day . He had to skip school on Friday . I’m calling the health inspectors on this location . Also customer service is horrible ! I hope this place gets shut down due to insanitary conditions. If I could I would give this location 0 stars ! Not eating here ever again .
