Strike 3 you’re out! They never have white meat! Every time I’ve been to this restaurant they never have white meat available. They tell me it will take 20min. The place is dirty, employees are loud and using profanity.

Called in to place an order they told me it'd be 25 minutes when I arrive to pick up my order 30 minutes later they told me it was going to be an additional 25 minutes and then proceeded to try to charge me and have me wait ignored me after when I told her I will pay for the food when I see everything ready you could tell they never place the order or intended on making it you can tell it's very bad management at night

I ordered a 10 piece meal. I saw 6 walk in orders pass me and 6 drive thrus. The lady that took my order. Put slaw instead of Mac on my order. I knew she was leaving for break cuz she was prepping my order left my biscuits on the counter and left. Then saw other coworkers asking who the biscuits belonged to. Co worker was wearing a green jacket. She was just looking forward to leaving 12-22. Around 6-7 pm

Restaurant definitely needs attention.Tables were so dirty we decided not to dine in.Restroom had no hand towels, and trash cans in the dinning area were overflowing.

I only ordered from here just for their honey biscuits and when my delivery arrived the biscuits weren’t there!! They force you to pay a hole meal to be able to get the biscuits so I paid $27 bucks just to ve able to get their biscuits that at the end they didn’t included at all

I ordered a pretty good family order. The food was absolutely fresh. Although the food is great, the employee at the window taking orders, requested me to drive to the front and wait for my order because a customer was honking. Upon, parking in the front. Wasn't even 2 minutes before they gave me my order. I asked her if everything was in there. One item was missing which was the fries. They were burnt to the crisp and they put 9 fries only for 2.49. I was like darn, "Aren't we rationing at this location". She told my daughter she had in fact put them into our order bag, and I had to get off and tell her ma'am. No you didn't. And what you have handed to my daughter was uncalled for. I need argue the quantities but this was an absolute scam and rob. Check your orders and make sure your not called a liar. It's not okay to accuse the customer of falsely stealing.
