Very disappointed with their service /Staff , all staff was talking stupid we were there for 20 mins and they none of them went to our table to greet us nor hand us the menu , they only looked at us and we didn’t hear at least “will be there shortly” nothing ! Super disappointed of the Staff

I had to walked out with an empty stomach with my family since not one single waiter went to our table all the 10 mins we were there sitting waiting for our menus … I did eye contact with all servers multiple times & still no luck … plus it was a slow morning for coffee zone lots of tables empty! At the end all servers were just talking in a group chatting and staring at us , at that point we felt unwelcome and we just got up & unfortunatly walk out … I WAS a good fan of coffee zone , but after this unpleasant experiences just don’t know how I feel about you’lls staff

But not the drive-thru... it's always been a good restaurant, but the morning drive-thru is disappointing. It took 32 minutes for a sandwich, I had to move to the parking lot and go in and get it. (The sandwich and coffee were good, but cost $13.10.)

Great food and service. The coffee is great and they have delicious chicken salad. Fresh food and wonderful atmosphere. They allow you to bring your own bottle of wine. BYOB

Usually this spot is just a drive thru spot for me, decided to do brunch for the first time in a couple years. So don’t really know the routine of how they do things inside, went in with a friend. We initially ordered coffee at the counter and stated we were dining in. I asked if there was a breakfast menu and the woman said yes but didn’t hand me anything so I assumed we would be given menus at our table. We were brought our beverages. And talked for a while no menu no server. So I went to counter to ask for a menu and saw a couple of the side. So I grabbed one for us to look over. After a while I figured I needed to go to the counter to order as no one ever came by, a different girl at counter proceeded to tell me that I’m suppose to order with a server and I stated that no one ever came by again. She said “that’s because you ordered at the counter” so I said “yes we ordered the drinks but then I asked for a menu and stated we were dining in. No one gave me a menu or followed up at the table, can I just order now?” So I proceeded to order at the counter. Food and coffee were ok service wasn’t bad necessarily it was just the overall vibe and sort of blaming me as the customer for the confusion. Not really sure what I could have done differently. I’m sure this place is just use to their regulars knowing the routine. Just overall didn’t feel good about the experience and won’t be going back. I want to feel good about where I’m spending my money and tipping. And this just wasn’t it

We used to like this place for breakfast but their quality deteriorated. The food served was cold, did not taste fresh, and it took almost 30 mins to get the food.
Loved the banana matcha ! I like that they used powder and not concentrate.

Great place for a quiet lunch. Crisp service and delicious food. But don't even LOOK at the pastry case! You'll go home with something against your better judgment.
