40+ minutes waiting for chicken tenders. 20+ minutes for a taco salad. Luckily, the food came out okay, but it didn't change the fact that I had to walk up to the counter and ask for the chicken tenders that were sitting at the window for 10 minutes. Had to take the food to go because my girlfriend was on her lunch break and it was already at the end of the hour. TERRIBLE service.
Even if it was a lunch rush, fast food shouldn't come out at a snail's pace.

Went through drive thru and they made us wait 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a salad, mind you it was not busy we had asked for our chicken sandwich to be put on texas toast. They gave us the half the order everything was COLD and they put the texas toast on the side it was COLD. Fries were COLD. We asked for our money back and manager didn't give us the option for cash or card. Did not even apologize for the poor service. Also do the workers know how to read? Because when they handed the order it was only the chicken sandwich and not the salad and the worker said she didn't know the order. 😒 just put the fries in the bag lol

Ngl, the handwriting AND border icing looks like it was made in a rush especially after they had me waiting over 10 min because they were busy “packaging” my cake and thats also because i ordered this cake ahead of time. Now my boyfriends family is upset that this wasn’t professionally prepared. For this SIMPLE cake being over $30 it was not worth it.

I ordered a chocolate shake with marshmallow added. I got a vanilla shake. They were told it was wrong. Acted like they corrected it. I paid almost $6 for a large vanilla shake I didn't want or order. It also had an herb like Earthy flavor. The shake tasted a flavorless cold glass of milk with a plant inside it. Complete waste of money I couldn't even drink it.

What a horrible preparation and presentation of the very poor banana split at Dairy Queen Edinburg, and I mean poor for how they prepared something so expensive. We went today, Tuesday night, when you go to Monterrey Nuevo León I advise and recommend 100% Helados Sultana, much better quality and presentation of the products. And I have also bought cheese fries twice, they are very miserable to serve, they are like 15 strips of fries with yellow cheese for almost 6 dollars. Neta go over the prices for so little of their products.
