Closing night manager (black shirt so I’m assuming that’s a manager) came to the window at drive thru and very loudly with an annoyed tone of voice asked, “What’s your order, because the girl messed up?” Then said, “Yup, ” and shut the window while we were answering. It is completely unprofessional to attempt to make yourself look better by demeaning your coworkers. Staff should be taught through additional necessary coaching, not humiliation. This person’s actions show how little she values her team. The food was fine. The atmosphere was tense after this exchange.

I come here to this establishment to work on my studies and to catch up on homework. The food is great, and the soft serve ice cream is even better. Employees always ask me if I need anything and even lend me paper when I need it, so the service is awesome. The establishment is always clean and calm so no complaints here.

Service was horrible. They dont know how to make their own menu products. I told the lady in drive through that my blizzard was made wrong and she laughed at me. I had to show her in the app how it was suppose to be made. I waited another 10 mins and she brought it back melted and missing my add on. She then took it back and took another 5 mins later and it was dripping all over. Do not recommend this location.

I just want to start off with saying their blizzards were SO GOOD! But with it also comes the fact that I was waiting for 1 hour for 6 items it’s definitely not bad but just being more efficient I got moved to where the stop sign is and I never got my order mind you the people behind me at least 6 cars left with their items which was frustrating me but I totally get it I did have to go inside as no one ever came out and ask for my items they seemed to have a few ready and were a bit watered down (isn’t a huge deal ) but the whole point of me going through drive thru is to not get off. Staff was super understanding and gave me my order fast but I just wish I didn’t have to get off when I didn’t need to. Think just being quicker and remembering that you have cars waiting is extremely important.
