I went with my family here to have lunch and we had a pretty bad experience with our food. The burgers that we ordered had cold cheese, a cold patty, and missing mayo and mustard and cheese on some burgers. When they made our burgers again with cheese, both the patty and the cheese were strangely still cold. The tables were also dirty, there was no soap in the bathroom, and the employees show a lack of focus and respect with their airpods in their ears. Like seriously? You are working right now and preparing people's food, it just shows carelessness in their work in my opinion. The manager was kind enough to give us some free blizzards and a free burger for our trouble.

I’m leaving a 1 star solely because this Dairy Queen does NOT have a changing table. During my time here I had to change my child on the floor to avoid being outside changing my infant in the heat. I had to improve and layer toilet paper down and then use the blanket I had in my diaper bag in order to have my child lay to be changed. I’m sure adding a changing table cannot be difficult. PLEASE ADD ONE ASAP TO BOTH RESTROOMS.

I have no problem with the service at the restaurant but why don't the receipts have a code to scan for the points? I can't do the surveys either. What is this about?I'll have to delete my long-held opinion because I'm not happy with it now. Blizzard snows are not cheap and I can't even accumulate points. That is not right
