Its been almost 3 months since they charged me twice for the same order and they still havent been able to refund the second charge. They keep giving me the run a round saying that they need to speak to someone else. How am I getting punished for them double charging me and they are making it seem like its my fault.

Went here to have lunch at this location Edinburg\\East Location and this was the best service and dining experience i have had in a very long time. Starting with the cashier -Sergio and manager Lucia, they went out of their way to treat myself and all the customers at that location to the utmost. best customer service, keep it up guys.

Customer Satisfaction is not a priority here. I normally eat at the other DQ in town but I went to this one today. Mistake. I placed my order at the counter and waited. They brought it out finally, but it was missing part of the order. At first they tried to convince me that I hadn’t paid for the missing parts becaise they entered into the wrong order but I wasn’t charged for missing items. I showed them my receipt that showed I had paid for everything including he missing items. They took it back. I didn’t have long for lunch but i kept getting reassured that my order was coming out soon. I finally got fed up and requested a refund. They refunded my card quickly. That much I’ll give them. It seems they’d rather get the customers out of the store rather than bring them their food they want. My mistake for going to this place. Won’t make that mistake again.

I didn’t bother taking a picture when I got it because by the time I made it home most of my banana split was melted so you couldn’t really tell anymore but charging me like $0.80 for peanuts and all I was given for 3 split in half and the rest just skin shavings. Seriously?!?! Banana was not ready, hard to chew and the topping were minimal. It was all ice cream with like one teaspoon each of the sauces.
