Purchased my pizza using app to take advantage of FREE EMERGENCY PIZZA. I noticed a day later, no free pizza coupon had been given. Called Dominoes but was told I had to call Corporate and was given a number that no one answered. Very disappointed. Why advertise this promotion if it will not be given? Beware!!I was told by General Manager (Catalina Herrera) that they are not always given. What? Is that what was advertised? Unbelievable!

Usually always great this location. But today so many mistakes. I ordered for carside delivery. They bring everything forgot my drink (used a coupon) told him checked my food. Wings wrong flavor. Sauces missing. He comes with the drink told him the wings so he took wings. Told him wrong size. That forgot my sauces he brought ranch but not the marinara so this kid had to go inside several times. I waited maybe 15 or so minutes for the wings. Brings them goes inside. I check. Didn't put the BBQ sauce so I got off to have them fix it. So overall this experience was off putting. Not sure if new members or something but Usually yall on point even on busy days. My order was the 2 pizzas, bread,wings and drink coupon.So now instead of my pizza hot. Got home to it not as hot and just frustrated from the extra wait when shouldve been all correct in first place like it usually is.

Manager Carolina, handled my family member's hiring process. After being offered a job via text message—something that should have been done over a phone call—they accepted the offer and even followed up with a question. Instead of a proper discussion, they responded via text, which was left at that. My family member was set to start on Thursday 10/17 but when they followed up again, they were told the position had been filled! Their excuse? They assumed my family member didn’t want the job, which makes no sense, considering they had already accepted the offer! Carolina’s lack of communication, professionalism, and clear disregard for my family member’s time and effort is unacceptable. This company clearly doesn’t value potential employees and can’t even maintain basic professional standards.

We usually always get Domino's. And we had never had a problem till today. I placed and online order and it wouldn't let me change the sauce (my fiance get sick with the regular sauce). The moment I confirmed my order, I called to ask them to please switch the sauce. I was really fast about it because I used to work at Domino's and now how hard/fast they have to work during the dinner rush. The lady who answered, quickly let me know that it was already in the oven. Mind you the order hadn't been in for two minutes. I explained the situation. And she sounded truly annoyed and just offered to let me speak to her manger. I accept. He promptly tells me that the pizza will be out in four minutes. Even with the time I wasted talking to the lady. That was to soon. And I ended up having to cancel the order. They both refused to help. I'm surprised because I've never treated a customer like that. And that was my first time being ignored like that. Hope they do better next time.
