People please BE CAREFUL here I love dunkins but I was very disappointed š when I went into this store the other day I usually go through the drive thru but this day I went inside there was gnats all over the place and I brought it up to one of the employees and she waves them off and proceeds to tell me no they are just on this side when I am clearly seeing the gnats all over the donuts so I canceled my order and walked out of she is willing to lie to me about what I am clearly seeing š what else are they lying about

I ordered an avocado toast and some latte drink. Then a hot chocolate. They served me everything kinda messy and bad but didnāt pay much attention until the hot chocolateā¦ one bad thing I accept it, two, maybe! But all of my order was made wrong! There werenāt a lot of people for them to do thatā¦ come one. I could only take a picture of the hot chocolate :/ but I wish yāall would have seen how bad the other things were made

Croissant stuffer was sub par. The cheese on top was hard, like this sandwich had been microwaved or its not real cheese. I ordered only one prepared hot coffee, and the other black. Both were prepared. I ordered food, no napkins. I never understand why workers don't include napkins when food is ordered. Guess we're supposed to use our sleeve. Why I keep making Dunkin rich is beyond me. Time to quit going there. Shipleys is up the road.

They're lucky the food and drinks are so good. The staff is polite and friendly but terrible at food prep. They more often than not forget whole items, even out of combo orders and deals. I'm always paranoid and checking my bags for missing items before leaving.

Every employee, every drink, every food item is going above and beyond!
Everyone is so kind and respectful, drinks are delicious everytime, and the food is very tasty. I just had the breakfast sandwich and OMGGGG.
They are consistent!! Yes, Starbucks is good but sometimes they're inconsistent in their food and drinks.
You will never be disappointed here. 100/10 RECOMMEND āļø

They messed up our order completely! We ordered through the app and customized our coffee orders but they didnāt put any cream and it didnāt taste good at all. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and it wasnāt toasted, but was super hard. We forgot to order our son munchkins, so we went back around and ordered them directly in the drive-thru, asked for regular glazed but they gave us chocolate and old fashioned which he doesnāt like. Total waste of money this morning.

Very amazing service!! I accidentally ordered a regular blue berry iced coffee & forgot to ask for decaf because Iām pregnant, & when I went back this short girl with red hair was very generous enough to give me a decaf! & I appreciate that service so much because I was just there like 5 mins ago, very sweet girl! Love that personality! Will be going back again! very very kind.
