Ordered a family meal on one ticket and a quesadilla meal on another. ... Got the quesadilla meal quick and it was delicious but 40 minutes in and never got our family meal. Went to register and asked for a refund they didn't even know about the family meal order.

I’ve been recently coming here and as of now This location let me down. I ordered at the drive-thru and ordered a classic chicken tostada and a chips and queso blanco. Upon opening the bag, the bag of totopos was missing and opening the tostadas there was only 10 pieces of chicken ( I kinda counted). Was truly disappointed on what I saw that spent $14 ( including the chips and queso blanco)…..a rip off.

This place is a hit or miss. Love Pollo loco but they rarely get what I order right. I frequent this location a lot and I'm always either missing the chips from the combo or the cilantro sauce for the salad or tostada bowl. Just beyond annoyed at the lack of attention to orders.

Just had the worst experience at El Pollo Loco. Terrible customer service. The staff was completely inattentive, didn’t greet anyone, didn’t seem to care about getting the order right, and acted like they couldn’t be bothered. Waited forever, food was wrong, and when I tried to speak up, I was ignored.
Honestly I love coming to pollo loco it’s always the best on the go meal . I just left the university location and this gentleman working the drive through was either on some type of narcotic because he was slow and rude….. he rolled his eyes when I asked for salsa and there wasn’t even any in the bag and my drink wasn’t filled all the way . I don’t want to sound like a Karen or be rude in any way but service is service no matter the time of day I’m pregnant and this is all I crave I’m so disappointed 9:20 7/2/25

The food is good. I usually order tostadas, but I order via drive through and multiple times they’ve forgotten the sauce that comes with it. It’s still being charged, and they’ll even charge me for extra sauces when I’ve received none at all. I’ve even been assured that the sauce is in the bag when I’ve asked only to come home and realize there’s no sauce at all. The food is still good, but it’s still annoying.

The first I went to Pollo loco hmm it was good what what I didn't like was the beans were liquid on my burrito less rice less beans and the tortillas chips were to much salt on them and the cashier was telling the burrito girl to hurry up shouting at her telling her to do the food right and than the GM was being mean to her yelling at her she looks like a boy but poor worker I will never come back ever to this restaurant I don't want to see the cashier's and GM yelling at this worker serious they should
