Food is 10/10 they're just really stingy when it comes to putting salsa in the order. The drive thru lady can be a bit rude at times.

The wife and I are back it on vacation to Texas and on our search for the best tacos we came across this spot it was highly recommended especially being a local spot that had good tacos and tex mex food we got tacos de Al pastor and bistec some on tortillas de harina and others on tortilla de maíz both with cilantro and cebolla in all honesty the bistec was under seasoned and had a lot of fatty pieces as stated before the wife and I are really picky when it comes to our meat the Al pastor we did not get a chance to try unfortunately due to an emergency we had to go and it wash it all down un Joya de manzana we really wish we wouldve loved the spot more

Best tacos in Edinburg!!
They should ask what tortillas you want they gave me tortillas aww rip my tacos are a mess never going back don’t recommend and went I called them back to tell em she was rude as hell
Visited for the first time after being recommended this place for years by my friend. It’s a no frills, hole in the wall taqueria run by lovely tias. Think DIY construction office trailer with a kitchen side operation. As you approach, the smell of chargrilled meat intoxicates your senses. Aesthetic is nonexistent, and that’s okay, because the food is what matters to the bellies of every visiting patron. Not looks, not vibes, just that you leave full.
The menu is simple. Tacos, dressed papas/potatoes, burgers, and a few other taqueria essentials. I tried the mixed bistek and mollejas tacos on corn tortillas. The tortillas are large and pillowy but not the softest I’ve sunken my teeth into. For those unfamiliar, mollejas, also known as sweetbreads, is a type of organ meat. Specifically, the thymus and/or pancreas glands. It is slightly gamey, which when blended with bistek is nearly unnoticeable. It was an interesting combination of texture and flavor but more charred than I typically prefer. To balance the depth of the meat and charred-ness, I wish it were topped with fresh vegetables like minced onions and cilantro. Would I try this combination again, yes. From Vulcan, no. However, I am happy to have tried it for the first time. The restaurant was packed, and rightfully so. There is enough variety for all types of palettes but my heart is elsewhere when it comes to tacos.

I really love their food, but the truth is the cashiers don't know how to deal with terrible service.

The only small detail is that they don't realize that the juices and drinks are expired. I was disgusted and couldn't eat my food, which I have no complaints about, but they should review that because not only was it my drink, it was also my children's in Total there were 3 jumex and a lemon belight.
