the food is a hit or miss depending on the day and time of day and who makes it. You never know if youll have great gorditas or burt to the crisp gorditas. The gorditas are small for the price. It was bigger than I thought and actually cute and clean inside there. For the cold rainy weather, the gorditas were amazing. Recommend the picadillo and nopal, this place has nopal with tomato, and no onions in it, which like doesnt exist in the valley, that I know of, and since I dont like onions, this was an unexpected surprise!! The chicharon prensado was crispy and good and the bean and cheese, they use queso fresco. Green salsa pairs well. Will come back!! Little hidden...

I absolutely love Gorditas and the lady’s make delicious gorditas here! The service was super quick and writhing 2-5 minutes all my order was ready to go. Definitely recommend this place for their cleanliness, and delicious food ?
