So glad this place has remained intact in the community. Really is a well established social hub at this point. The community board is bustin at the seams with local businesses. THIS IS THE PLACE TO SUPPORT when you’re in Edinburg and need your caffeine fix. The menu is nothing crazy but that’s a relief for the overstimulated. Pro tip: ask for less ice in iced bevs It’s quiet enough in there but also you can have a regular conversation without having to whisper. Plenty of seating, air conditioning is coooool, establishment is clean. And yes espresso sunrise is worth trying at least once.

Visited Sunday 3/9/25 @9:45am. Ordered the Mexican mocha hot and the cold brew Tiramisu adding vanilla flavor to the cold foam and everything was great. I will definitely be back when I'm in town. Keep up the great work.

I visited Grind Coffee Co. last Friday, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an incredibly welcoming and helpful staff. I wasn’t sure what to order, but they provided me with an excellent recommendation that I absolutely loved. The customer service was exceptional, and I felt genuinely cared for. I stayed for several hours working on my assignments, thanks to the comfortable seating and relaxed atmosphere. The space was perfect for staying productive and enjoying some downtime. Whether you’re looking for a place to work, study, or just enjoy a good coffee, Grind Coffee Co. is the ideal spot. I’ll definitely be back!
