Apparently the ad about kid eating for free with one adult entree from 3-9pm only works if you let the waiter know ahead of time, despite the signs all over the restaurant that say nothing about that. 2 adults, 2 kids and when we went to pay the waitress said we needed to let her know before ordering. We were not able to get the discount. Very disappointing and misleading!!

This place is freezing cold, smells really strong like PISS, and our tables/seats had crumbs and weren't clean. I think the food here is too expensive for the quality you get. overall, this ihop left a lot to be desired and left super disappointed

I placed a to-go order at 11:04am 11/6/24 When I went to pick up my order around 11:20am the greeter pointed to me and very rudely asked âhow manyâ not even a âhello or how can I help youâ I responded âI came to pick up a to-go orderâ she again rudely asked âunder what name.â She proceeded to the back to check on the order and after about a minute, came back saying that there was no order under my name (which is not the first time this happens). She then questioned âJennyâ if she was the one that took my phone order. I then made the comment âyour voice sounds familiar I think I spoke with you over the phoneâ to which she rudely responded âno it wasnât meâ then Karla the girl that took my order came and said she placed it under a different variation of my name and proceeded to get my order. In the interim of waiting, Jenny was training another employee and never acknowledged me standing in front of her waiting to pay. When Karla came out with the order she asked Jenny if she had taken my payment to which Jenny responded with attitude âno I didnât take her payment and proceeded to bicker towards Karla blaming me for accusing her of taking my order when I had just simply asked. Very poor customer service starting from the greeter and Jenny. Obviously management has done nothing regarding the customer service of there employees, seeing other google reviews that mention Jenny and staff. Staff and management needs to be reminded without clients there is no business.

i used to really like it here but after coming for a while and getting to know the workers more and more i can see how awful it really is, most of the severe are okay and good at their jobs but you can hear them bickering with in themselves and they each openly infringe of customers speak badly about each other. Not only that you can see the management is just not good. The food is okay but it is not a friendly evivorment i would not feel comfortable here at all again. the few severs i do like told me they wouldnât work there anymore due to management so kick rocks right
