No go for us. Restaurant is very dirty and dated. Our table was not cleaned and old coffee still sitting there in the pot. Syrup container was super dirty and dripping all over. Young waitresses couldn't understand our order had to explain it 3-4 times. Coffee was room temp. Then she left and never came back. Our food was lukewarm warm at best. She forgot to bring utensils. Left again for a long period of time finally brought our utensils by that time food was cold. $50 for cold food and poor service in a dirty restaurant I'll pass next time.

Food was good, hot and made to order, but the waitress becca needs an attitude adjustment. She forgot to replace the butter she dropped from my pancakes and then gets an attitude when I have to walk up to the kitchen entrance to ask for it because she never bothered to check in with us after she dropped off our meal. I return to my table with my child and when she brings the butter she just drops it on the table obviously upset, I ask for a glass of water and napkins and she rolled her eys and scoffed off, very disrespectful of her. She also made snide, sarcastic comments while I was signing the payment receipt which I refused to acknowledge because I was with my young child.

First we get a girl in training not even shadowed by someone else. Our order was completely ruined and the food arrived cold. Somehow the attempt to stay focused on the job at hand has gone sideways.
I don't want to say it's the younger generation that does not want to work.
I drive all the way here from port isabel texas this IHOP has the best cheff food is soo amazing i had the tres leches pancakes and breakfast sampler drank a mango lemonade splashet thank you for the great service too yessica i wish they never took the banana froster pancakes off the manu those were omg soo good but everything is always perfect thank you. 🙏😁

What I don’t understand is why does the temperature inside the restaurant have to be so cold?! The moment the server places my food in front of me, it starts getting cold 🥶 What gives???
