I had a wonderful experience at the jacks! All of their foods seemed fresh, tasty, and attractive. They have budget friendly options too. Their customer service especially all of the receptionists were awesome.

Waited over 35 mins for a pickup order I placed 10 mins before actually getting there when I got my food they forgot my fries and food was cold terrible service

Was there yesterday to ask about the status off my application seems like they not hiring or the boss lady doesn't seem to care was there at 4 she said to come back àt 4 got there at 4 but she was gone called there today n seems like the employees don't know how to talk to customers felt like they just not wanted to help me with my questions but wanted to get off the phone with me

Shout out to the gentlemen working night shift on 2/20/2025!
Came here around 1 am hungry for something delicious and this location delivered! The man working the drive thru was so polite and respectful. He even gave me 2 ranches for free. Not to mention, the food was delicious! These men definitely deserve a raise. I look forward to returning to this location. 👍🏼

Excellent workers, what affects here is the lack of personnel, it is not fair that the few there are do the work of like three people at a time. I even got nervous seeing how they are super busy, trying to get work done. Well outside they will pay more and more staff

Compared to all the jack in the boxes I visit, this one is about the best. It's sad to see chains like these struggling to hire people. People don't wanna work any more. Then again, what are the wages and stuff?
