We have had numerous bad experiences lately. Went to drive thru around midnight last Saturday waited 20 minutes no one took order. My husband went inside and found the employees arguing inside. Tonight again drive thru took forever went inside apparently machines weren’t working. Ordered 2 orders of tacos. They were cold and taco shells super hard could even eat them.

I can't give him zero because I can't, I asked him for an order, after the loud voice couldn't be heard I told him to give me a grill chicken combo and a tariyaky and when I get to the window he tells me that if it's a fish sandwich, I come back and repeat grill chicken and the employee either didn't understand or I don't know, even the manager looked at me badly as if I hadn't said the correct order, I thought they had given me everything correct and bang on a fish sandwich in my order. I won't be back, bad service.

I tried to order and the person taking orders on the drive thru pretended they couldn't hear me. So, after trying several times and having to yell out the window repeatedly only to get snarky responses, I left. Don't waste your time coming here. Whataburger is also open 24 hrs and I know the line is packed sometimes in this area but this isn't the solution to fix it.

Some sources told me when customers order the mega munchies box. They purposely send less items inside as per management. Turned out to be true. Dec 7 around 7:50am I ordered it and counted each item. There were 8 chicken nuggets missing and 5 small tacos. This is just an experiment. Either the allegations are true or the employees just lack education and can't count. Both seem very likely. Will try other experiments soon.

Excellent service from Daniel and Kimberly The food is decent and i would recommend the spicy chicken or the egg rolls the rest is alright nothing amazing but it is good the service is the only truly exceptional thing.
