I had placed an order for pick up and I wanted my sandwich warmed up but they accidentally didn’t warm it up but the manager was the best very helpful and understanding, awesome customer service he even blessed me with a cookie 🥺will definitely be going back there felt very appreciated
My daughter had a game and the snack mom had forgotten the snacks so I called Jason’s deli for a delivery and they were at the ballpark within the hour with meals for the entire team

I would give 5 stars cause I love the restaurant but the service I got once kinda made me sad. I ordered the Carmela my fav sandwich and they forgot the piqulio relish which is the best part. And when I called to get it fixed they said they could not do anything to help. I was left with a disappointing meal. Love you Jason’s but we need to work on customer service for unfinished orders.
