So sad they have such a horrible customer service, food is ok, but won’t come back. I know the owners and I know they are not aware of such a bad cashier they have. Rude lady, makes us feel bad at the point we didn’t enjoy the the food. The 08/29/2020 we ordered to pick up a parrillada for 4, she said it was going to be ready in 30 minutes after 30 minutes we called back just to find out it was going to take 15 minutes more (no apologies, but angry tone negating that 30Minutes have passed). At the point of paying, she literally refused to add drinks to the order (not even as a different transaction). This is not acceptable there is tons of Mexicans restaurants in the area, no need to encounter bad customer service.

I ask for a botana for 2 and they gave me a plate that looks like nachos chicken and chips queso that not a botana and 2 tortillas only . I call back and the guys says to me in. Bad attitude to take it back but this plate for 2 looks more like one And it nachos lots of chips and cheese . I wasn't satisfied with the service and also they charge me $30.26 that alot for a plate that has alot of chips and cheese and a little meet I I'm not happy in Brownsville a botana plate it's all good meat satisfied for $21.71 but bad service and experience notbi will never go there again hope the owner sees this and remember me !!

This was a hole in the wall Mexican restaraunt. Took up some lunch specials with a colleague. Place was slow even though there was a great deal of space in a back dining area. Ordered a fish plate and shrimp tacos. Fish was decent and it came with fried shrimp which was pretty good. Tartar sauce was a strange yellow color but tasted fine. Shrimp tacos were awesome - plain but the shrimp was grilled well. However, sides for both plates were just boring filler of lettuce, tomato slices, and some stiff rice. For the price, nothing overwhelmingly amazing, just good enough. In fact, the location and atmosphere is completely forgettable. I would go again as a group on a quick lunch break but not for much more than that and definitely not for special occasions. Grade B -

The waitress took forever with everything from taking our order to us getting our order, she was just waking around aimlessly. My pancakes were not fully cooked and the tortillas they gave us with sauce were burned. Was never checked on if i needed a refill and then the waitress asked what type of tortillas my brother in law wanted after we got the food and he had to watch her to warm them up before he got to enjoy his food. Very disappointing breakfast.
