I entered the store at around 8:40 PM and asked if they were still making sandwiches. The lady behind the counter replied, "Yeah," in a rude manner and tone. I had to specify the type of bread I wanted because she didn’t ask me before charging me.

She then went to the back to make the sandwich while I sat down and waited. When they called my name, I realized I hadn’t been asked about the vegetables or sauces I wanted on my sandwich. This had never happened before, and I found it disrespectful. I guess Jersey Mike’s employees can read minds and automatically know what a customer wants on their subs.

Anyway, I had to ask for banana peppers and jalapeños on the side since my sandwich was already wrapped. I also asked for a side of buffalo sauce, to which the lady responded with, "Anything else?" Her tone was neither welcoming nor polite; it felt more like she was urging me to hurry up and leave.

To make matters worse, the sandwich didn’t appear roasted because I wasn’t given that option, which only added to the disappointment. Overall, the service was terrible and has made me reconsider visiting Jersey Mike’s in the future.

Honestly the food is good but it took over 15-20 mins to get my food ready. Just order ahead of time. Don’t come on a lunch break.

Bread for my sub was stale. Hated the checkout that "suggests" tipping percentage. One regular and one "giant" (not giant in my view) sub with tip was nearly $50. Overpriced. Over-hyped. Spend your money elsewhere. I make better sandwiches at home for a fraction of the price.

Great food, got the food a while ago. Close to closing time, Carl and his one fellow co worker were the only ones handling the cooking and prepping the food for an incredible amount of hungry customers right at closing time. They did not make any faces and were continuing to provide excellent service to customers despite one coming in after 9pm. Excellent service.

Excellent sandwiches. Easily the best in Edinburg and elsewhere. The prices aren't terrible when you consider the super quality of the ingredients and the matching taste. When you have Subway have the gall to charge too much for their bland sandwiches, you can easily convince yourself to just spend a little more at Jersey Mike's for a superior sandwich.Support good sandwich businesses like Mike's. Edinburg deserves good sandwiches, not just tasteless Subway sandwiches that aren't worth today's inflated prices.

I was super impressed with the size and the taste of Jersey Mikes when they first got here and I'm already starting to notice some negative changes. It didn't take you all long to start reducing the size of your sandwiches. You all started out make bigger bread/sandwiches and it's so obvious what's happening now. The last time we went in, the giant that we got was significantly smaller that some of the ones we've had in the past. This inconsistency is what upsets customers and causes them to stop going. You do this too many times to the wrong people and next thing you know you're having to shut down and a taqueria or bakery opens up in your old space. It's bad enough that we have to pay almost $18 FOR A SANDWICH then for you all to start making them smaller adds insult to injury. I'll be going in again soon and will be measuring and weighing these next few sandwiches to post my findings here for everyone to see. Don't skimp you guys, stick to the quality that you've become famous for!!

Music was upbeat & light.Employees were cheerful, warm and helpful. Entire place was clean, I observed good communication amongst staff and manager asked me about my experience. I was torn between 2 options and the smiling employee suggested a THIRD option that ended up being out of this world. ? Can't wait to go back!

Parking: This plaza has ample for the multiple businesses there.
