Everytime I travel from Houston all the way to Edinburg, I always have a horrible experience with the service and employees. Very slow!

My family and I love this place! The smoothies, the matcha, the meals! None of it misses! I wish jerk customers didn’t ring the bell at the staff as they are always so nice and kind and attentive, but so it goes! Perfect homework place!
Drive-thru wait times are ridiculously long. I waited about 30 minutes just for two drinks. The matcha and smoothie didn’t taste good at all, it was obvious the order was rushed and not made right. After waiting that long, I didn’t care to go back because they probably would’ve taken just as long or longer. Service and quality have gone way down recently. Super inconsistent

The smoothies have definitely changed, they're now too sweet and have the wrong consistency (very melted/liquidy). Service 3/5, employees often forget to ask for your number for the rewards. I was really bummed considering I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for just one single smoothie. No cars in front or behind me, store almost empty. I've also had a bad experience with Uber Eats, the prices were higher and modifications cost more. Açaí bowl was horrible, mainly tasted like flavored ice and little to no fruit.

Came here to work on stuff for school and the atmosphere was amazing. There is background music but it wasn’t overpowering and was easy to focus on what I needed to do. 10/10 I will be returning.

Gave Juiceus another shot and the chicken caprese sandwich paired with the sweet potato fries is a must try menu item !!! The strawberry rose lemonade is also divine. The employees are very kind and welcoming, they definitely have stepped it up on the experience they give to customers.
