Ordered two spicy chicken sandwich’s, one came with bone in it (literally the whole thing) and the other had 5 strands of hair, couldn’t even eat more than two bites. Plus it didn’t even have the spicy sauce to top it off.
Usually go thru the drive thru but decided to dine in. HORRIBLE decision. There was people already waiting, we waited about 7-10 mins, no acknowledgment that we were there. No "hello", no "we will be right with you" nothing. One employee (I think a manager or lead due to them wearing a polo) just left an order infront of us, made eye contact and walked away. Decided to leave and called to ask if there was any manager on duty, the lady on the phone didn't want to give any names but said there was TWO MANAGERS ON DUTY. A male and a female, im assuming the male was the one who saw us and walked away. Horrible service. 0 stars if I could give it

Just a NO! I spend $53 on 16 piece bucket and just to end up sick. I thought it was just me but two of my family members got sick with the same symptoms. Stomachaches and nausea. The chicken tasted weird too

Good place to eat but have to double check your orders everytime sometimes I forget to get home and I'm aboutnto eat and everytime there is always something missing they aren't organized to check that all items are in the bag they just leave it managers should be on top of all that wish corporate will get involved and see how there location is
