Asked for a cajeta filled churro and it was empty- not even spilled on the plate, straight up empty. & the rocky road ice cream has absolutely noooo flavor. Not sure why. Had someone else try it & they were shocked at how flavorless it was.

Don’t go to thisPlace they charge themselves tip & then when you call they tell you it’s a card charge . Like no way does a card need to be charged $3.00 to go through & on top of that they charged me the “extra” two days later . I’ve been a server I know well enough to know when you put yourself a tip and when you charge a card for transactions

They are so rude If you ask for something one way they get upset about it...got charge 1.50 for a sprinkle of coco rallado on a D-light Raspa...the raspa I have gotten for over 7 years now and it would always come included now charging 1.50 for it ridiculous..and they forgot to give me a spoon and when I asked for it the lady got mad and gave it to me with attitude very bad service! muy rico pero von ese servicio ni ganas de regresar
