I ordered 3 pizzas, 2 crazy bread and a Pepsi and the cashier told me that the pizzas were about to come out in 8 minutes to park in front and I was there for 30 minutes I went inside the store and asked for my order and they just looked at each other and one said oh the red troka obviously they forgot my order and they told me it's about to leave I waited another 20 minutes and nothing I went back into the store and told them what happened with my order the pizzas were already coming out and the cashier was very In a bad way I grabbed the pizzas and 1 crazy bread and I told him there were 2 and very angry I grabbed it and he put it in the bad way in the bag and I asked him about my soda and he replied very rudely that I should grab it from the cooler alone and tell him I asked to speak to her manager and the manager was standing in front of me and she never did anything and she rudely asked me for my receipt and she told me well those pizzas take 15 minutes and yes I know but it turns out that I was there for 40 minutes and People came and went with their orders and I was there waiting because they were just playing and they forgot my order. The truth is, terrible service from both the cashiers and the manager who are high school girls.

I chose drive thru. Girl at window today (12/8/2024) around 5:20pm. Takes my order i just ask for an order of an italian cheese bread. I get to window, no hello or welcome whatsoever. Instead she asks can you repeat your order followed by no please and thank you. Gives me my order i say thank you. No feedback from this girl, just closes the window... i notices the box had an oil stain on top which is weird, since its only like that when oil lands on top or something oily has been on top. I ignore it. Worse mistake. I get home and the cheese bread are hard as rocks. Do they not use FIFO? Cause im sure they have over made orders. Smh. I figured if employees dont care cause manager doesnt either.

This place use to be good, unfortunately I rated it a 3 star cus every time, and I mean every time you order a classic or hot n ready they try to get you to pay extra by saying we got an extra most bestest ready if you want that if not there's a 10 to 15 min wait like bruh if it's a hot n ready wtf do I gotta wait and lately they just been over baking the pizza cus the cheese has been burnt every time, and the workers always seem like they don't want to work they give off a vibe like Napoleon & Pedro from the Napoleon movie

The manager Angel is rude, and very disrespectful. I have asked twice for an important document to be filled out that H.H.R needs, and they have failed to turn it in. I asked for the number to H.R. and he said to use Google. I also asked for his district manager, amd he said that he don't need to give me anything. As a manager myself I know that managers can fill out requested documents, amd sign them to the best of their knowledge. Unfortunately, Angel was beyond unprofessional, and shouldn't be running a store if he can't fulfill such requirements.
Stopped by after picking up my grandsons from school, Angel the GM was so pleasant and very helpful and also has alot of patience with his customers highly recommend this Little Ceasars especially when you get treated so well, good job Angel and staff thank you for your kindness by the way my pizza was delicious ?

Wait time is wayyy too long. Then when I finally got my pizza and breadsticks the breadsticks were burnt and hard. 👎🏽 next I will travel a little further just for better pizza at a different location.
