They got me paying full price for this? That's clearly been sitting under a heat lamp, dehydrated as hell and burnt to a crisp. Like you gotta be playing with me cause I ordered this online and in 15 minutes a pizza don't look like this, they just played it off as oh, well we can give you credit for it. Like damn why not get it right the first time and we can skip the part where you waste my time and your time. Now here I am waiting an additional time that shouldn't have happened, had my food been made to order correctly instead of giving me dried out leftovers.

The clue should hv been when my app did not notify my pizza was ready. At the designated time I went to pick it up. It was ready. Unfortunately it was partially raw on the bottom and limp crust. No one would eat it. I also ordered cheese bread that was good. The manager offered to remake or credit me- only at his store. I am passing thru and not wanted to leave the hotel after dark. I asked to hv another delivered, but no. Kids still hungry

The reason I scored service one star is because the young children that are assisting the customers have very very poor customer service drive-thru is the worst. Instead of welcoming you through the drive-thru all they say is what would you like and at the window not even a thank you

Terrible experience, I just made an order for 3 pizzas, 3 crazy crust pizzas, a side of sauce and Italian cheese bread. Little Caesars employees messed up my order badly, I got only 2 pizzas with the receipt saying crazy crust yet when I opened the box, its regular crust and different toppings. And then I'm missing one pizza, order was completely wrong and I spent 51 dollars on only 3 pizzas yet got only 2 and missing 1 pizza, plus its cold and when I contacted the Dasher, he stated that he used a code to pick up the pizza, and Little Caesars just gave him the pizzas like with an attitude, this is unbelievable and unacceptable. Like is everyone getting lazy nowadays that they don't care, what kind of employees are they hiring. I want a full refund back immediately for my order!!! If this allowed a zero star believe me I would gave a zero freaking star, I'm upset about this!! And if the manager sees this review or employee, I hope you do see this. Because this is ridiculous and your service sucks! Find people who would actually be good at customer service and not constantly messing up orders!!!

The pizza is good but can't they get an order right? My mom and I always ask for stuffed crust only to get a regular we spend like 20 dollars only to not get our orders correctly!
