There is something seriously wrong with this location. This is my second visit with absolutely no service. I stand at the counter and no one takes my order. So, I walk out and go to another restaurant.

This place used to be so good. I’m not sure if they have new management, new suppliers, or if the sandwich maker is having the worst day of their life today, but I just had the worst sandwich of mine. The quality of the bread was way off and super soggy and the lettuce was wilted and ugly.

Came for the first time for a T-Mobile offer and the staff was so wonderful and attentive :) They ran out of the soup I ordered due to high demand but a wonderful lady who I believe was the manager made it right and she was super sweet! I’ll definitely come back

Came to get lunch at Mcalisters for lunch, I don’t know what happen this time as before the service was bad, they messed up my order, the bread was hard and dry, and I waited in the drive thru over 23 minutes, mind you it’s drive thru.. the sandwich was cold and dry. Never again ! This was my go to for lunch — literally I had gone everyday last week… bad bad service and food.

If I could give less than one star I would. A few months ago they constantly only gave me three chips every time I ordered a soup. Today I walked in for lunch, no line, hardly any customers and multiple times an employee passed me or behind the counter and I wasn’t acknowledged. I tried to give them a moment in case they were busy with something else but they never bothered to say “well he right with you” or take my order. I walked out. Horrible service.
