I don’t understand why they have a Curbside if they neglect it extremely bad. I waited more than 20mins for a biscuit and coffee. Next time do drive-thru because apparently they only focus on that. Terrible do not recommend

Ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and cheese combo, got a regular meat with cold fries. Tried to call to fix it and just got voicemail. Spoke to Luis the next day who corrected the problem with a new meal the way that I ordered it. Still disappointed in the meat patty sizes but oh well.

I went through the drive through to order a double cheeseburger with no onions. I got a double cheeseburger with no cheese looked like extra onions. After going inside the lobby to get it corrected stood at the front counter for like 3min before I was helped then took an additional 12 minutes to get me burger corrected. The thing that got me was customers that were there after me we're getting their food first. When this issue should have clearly been expedited. There's a huge lack of coordination. The management staff in this store needs a much deserved shake up. This location is leaving lots of money on the table.

This location has ALWAYS been slow. Only reason why it’s still in open is because it’s right next to a high school. Just today i ordered a Mcdouble and a happy meal for my brother for curbside and had to wait 20 minutes for that. I went inside to go ask what was going on and i got told my food wasnt ready😐. I wouldn’t be this mad if it was during rush but there was just one small family inside with 3 cars in the drive through. And to cap it all off when I begin to eat my food i find a hair in it😐. Its a genuine miracle this place is open, would recommend going to another location 👎

We order here every other day. Today was unacceptable, doing an online order and sitting there waiting for it to come out as we were early according to the app. The foods cold like it had been sitting out looking pretty for the employees to look at. This girl with a long braid comes out smiling, eyes the ticket on the bag and looks suspicious. Well, we’re missing a whole chicken burger ! Unbelievable that this is how the employees do their jobs

I went in earlier today to purchase a strawberry shake. Unfortunately they didn't have any, which was okay. I went later on, this same day, and asked if they were able to get the machine running. They said yes. I get to the second window. The little boy there gave attitude since I asked for a refund. Simply because they had told me they had some at the speakerbox. I asked for his managers name, he didn't tell me. And slammed the drive-thru window on me. So, I got off and asked for the manager and nobody attended me. Some service yall have. If your employer or that young "man" wants my info, I'll be happy to give it to yall. 👍

Whoever is managing this place is doing a terrible job. It’s been remodeled and already the tables are lopsided. It’s dirty! One of the managers, Jay is unprofessional. After I complained he went to the back and I could hear him clearly mimicking me. Super unprofessional! My nugget box was just thrown in the bag wide open. I asked for hot mustard, I got honey mustard. No ketchup in the bag. I asked for a sprite no ice and it had ice. When I asked for one with no ice they took forever so we just left. I ordered an apple pie and got some kind of birthday cake pie. We were going to eat there but I literally needed a blanket because it was freezing. We took our food home. I was told they do not control the temperature. We will never go there again! It’s a shame that the company doesn’t hire employees of a certain criteria the way chic fil a does. They are not even a one star! Thank God Edinburg has more McDonalds.
