Gave me some nasty hash brown
After visiting place due to fam at clinic next door just for coffee,was surprised how rude n unfriendly this ladies working here are,I had never been this dissatisfied at service attitude,,,no more visiting this location.was contacted by McDonald's and directed to contact them but don't think it'll be any help for them though,,,I mean if they really cared matters would be resolved long time ago after seeing all those past reviews,wish I could help but I'm just sorry I crossed paths at this store,,,I'll be careful next time...my bad....

They forgot an order of fries so I had to go back and buy time I got back home my other food was cold.

Im not sure if its difficult to read orders when going through the drive through, but the order was wrong and I was not given the sauces or extra fries I asked for. since its drive through I was not able to check until I arrived home. I am counting on the knowledge of the team members to get my order correct. food is still ok not denying that but service needs improvement and attention to customer service as well.

Service was ridiculous. Help had no idea what we were asking for, never mind add has been in tv. Asked for a glass of water put 2 bottles on order at 1.89 a piece. Food was cold. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to

One star-what a disaster tonight at the 401 E Mcdonald’s (11PM, November 29th) . Waited thirty minutes for curbside pickup, and my whole order-burgers, fries, everything-just sat inside the whole time. I wasn’t alone; five of us ended up storming in to check, including this girl next to me who’d been there twenty minutes for a caramel frappé. Twenty minutes for a frappé? Come on. The manager didn’t even say sorry-just handed stuff over like nothing happened. Drive-thru’s backed up forever, people waiting to order still haven’t gotten through, and curbside’s a mess even though it’s not that busy. They’re dropping the ball big time. Zero stars if I could. These experiences leave me regretting not choosing Whataburger.

There’s one particular worker who's extremely rude. I ordered curbside and when she handed me my order, I said thank you. She instantly frowned and said, “Obviously!”
