I stumbled upon Mochi Ring Donuts by chance while driving past the UTRGV campus, and what a delightful surprise it turned out to be! Tucked between a convenience store and a liquor store. It’s a must-visit for dessert lovers.
I had the pleasure of trying the Milk Chocolate, Oreo, and Cinnamon Mochi Donuts. Each one was airy, soft, and perfectly chewy—a true treat for anyone with a sweet tooth.
I couldn’t resist taking pictures as I pulled and tore the donuts apart, capturing just how airy and effortlessly they pulled apart. It was such a delight, both visually and for the taste buds!
The ambiance is charming and the store is clean. The prices are fair, and the employees are friendly, professional, and welcoming. Their menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of flavors to suit every palate.
I can’t wait to return and try their Korean hotdogs and milk teas. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by! I give it five stars ✨

Wow first time going and for sure I'll be going back, the donuts are amazing the thing that looks like a corn dog is so amazing I got the original it's just a huge cheese stick with a stick and WOW the crunch on that it's amazing!!! The teas are great too.

The mochi donuts were very soft and not too sweet. The corndogs were also well made with a nice cheese pull. The store was very clean and quiet, and service was very smooth and nice. The one complaint I have is that the boba tea drink was too sweet for me and quite grainy, but if you just get the corndogs and donuts, it's a great place to visit!

My drink was good and so was the donut. The Korean corndog was okay but I’ve had better. I went with my sister and we had a very off putting interaction where a lady sitting with her family would not stop staring at my sister. Even when we got in the car which was directly in front of the front door- we could see the lady hard staring with a angry look at her through the windows even though we were already in the car with seatbelts on. My sister stared back because she was confused as to why this was happening until the lady staring literally just burst out laughing. This was a grown woman with her husband and family that we believe to be the owners after seeing the husband approach the register several times just asking for stuff without being rung up for him. It was very weird.
The potatoe corndog is really good and the taro milktea as well! The staff was really kind and the atmosphere was super chill. I can't wait to go again ^^

I came with my friend to enjoy some cute food and stuff since alot of people said thst this place was worth it, but in my opinion I say go somewhere else. The service was amazing no complaints there but the drinks were not it. The watermelon lemonade and the dragon fruit greentea tasted like straight up soap. We also tried the tornado potato and let me just say DONT BUY THAT save ur money on that. The donuts were alright but the rest mmh it's a pass
