Made to order, they give you a number that lights and beeps when ready. Food takes about 15min. So much food I'll be eating for two days on this plate. First time eating here will definitely be back whenever I'm in town . The negative is not enough seasoning but the sauces were made up for it!
Oh I stayed outside for about 40min talking and smoking, food was still hot when I got back to my room.

Even on a busy night with orders probably backed up further than they can see, the quality of the food rarely suffers. There’s a wait sure, but It’s all worth it everytime, chefs are COOKING 🔥🍽️😫 LET THEM LOCK

Mariko’s Food Truck is hands-down one of the best in the McAllen area! Their food is consistently amazing, and I can always count on it being delicious no matter what I order. The rice is unbeatable—the best you’ll find around! I love that they offer a variety of options, with both healthy and indulgent choices to fit any craving. Definitely a must-try for anyone looking for top-quality food from a food truck!

When they get it right it’s great! I’ve been going to both locations (McAllen and Edinburg )for a little over a month. Last week the cook and the lady that works the register forgot my shrimp. She handed me a plate 5 minutes later. I get home and the shrimp is raw. It hurt biting into the shrimp. Disgusting and disappointed

1st time ordering last night & it was delicious!! We got the 3 meat combo with fried rice & my daughter got the shrimp & fried rice. Flavors were amazing & portion was more than enough to have leftovers.

I never right reviews but wow was this food so amazing I recommended it to all my family the steak so soft and tender the rice such amazing flavor the vegetables cooked perfectly and the sauces are so good I finished everything in a heartbeat so amazing definitely will be going more often!!!

Our first time at this food truck and the pictures and the food just looked fresh, and for the price it’s like having Benihana at a beautiful outdoor dining. Everything was good fresh really enjoyed it. The wait was about 20min but you can tell the cook cooked everything. Great food truck!

This was my first time trying the food truck for Moriko’s and I was unfortunately disappointed. I was very excited to try the food . First off they didn’t have some items and one the items told me after the fact didn’t have and then offered to refund, which is fine but why wouldn’t you check first I’d have available. For the other thing they let me know in advance wasn’t available so I didn’t purchase. The food was honestly bland . Very little flavor and not enough sauce to the. Teriyaki chicken. Also, some parts of the fried rice and steamed rice was bland as well and hard. It seems like they just got food from heb or a more bland Panda Express and cooked it on the grill. Even Panda Express tastes better even if has more msg and sodium probably. Not to mention it was super expensive one plate was like thirteen dollars . I wouldn’t mind the price if the food quality matched up. Lastly, I know they have an Austin that says be patient we are cooking for you food. So I did wait . I don’t mind waiting but they took awhile and the food wasn’t even worth the wait. I would just try the restaurant directly if there is still the restaurant open or in general would not eat from here. It’s below mediocre.heck. Even mall food is better. Not trying to be rude but I’m being honest lol.

I went to Morikos at 2708 S Closner Blvd today at 9:29pm. Their Google listing online shows that they are open and will close at 10:00 p.m. They said they were not serving food anymore because they were already closed. Somehow they think 10:00 p.m. is the same as 9:29 p.m. If your kitchen stops serving at 9:29 p.m. then you need to put on the Google listing that you close at 9:29 p.m. Do not lie to people online and say that you will close at 10:00 p.m.
