Atmosphere and the cleanliness is always great where it lacks in others. I remember why we hadn't returned since the last time we returned we had to ask 3 times for the birthday clap for my son back in June 2024. This time I only went back because my mom was craving some fish soup/caldo since my mother and I had been sick. I was finally feeling better enough to make the drive for a pick up to be in and out quickly.
Once I arrived, paid and received my order I asked if I could have some limes and the girl waved me off that there was some in the bag. I walked back to my car to find out there weren't any. This was annoying because I'm sick and was trying not to be out in public as little as possible. I had a mask and use germ profusely when I'm sick but I wouldn't have had to go back inside for the limes that were already supposed to come with the caldo.
The caldo was alright but overpriced in my opinion especially with the treatment. Carmelita's has a cheaper and more rich in vegetables caldo. This happened in a mid afternoon Wednesday (around 1:30-2:30pm) so it wasn't like there was a line or a lunch rush when I had gone in. It was just broth and pieces of tilapia.
To finish on a positive note at the least the broth was piping hot when I got home. Just how I like it when I'm sick but the lack of veggies and customer service could've all been better.

I’m sorry BUT first last I will dine in. I got food poisoning and it took me 3 days to recover for minutes ago I thought I was going to die. no worth it.

Had an awesome experience at Muelle 37! I got the #2 with grilled fish and grilled shrimp — everything was super delicious. The staff was really friendly and attentive, which made the whole visit even better. Definitely recommend checking this place out! The mullesito is also a great option

I was there last night, that food and service was amazing. We have a Celia as waitress and she was at point. Thank you and I’m happy for this place because it looks like is doing great.

I went to eat here on Friday night with my husband and family. They were very busy and most of the servers did a good job however, the server that I had was a short dark girl I don’t remember her name, but she was very rude and never came to our table to check on us so when we started looking around for her, we noticed why and it was because she got into a confrontation with another girl Who was also working and was trying to Physically fight her co worker and the other girl walked away , and was Evidently sent home because we saw her walk out of the door while the other girls just stayed laughing. I am a business owner, and I do not condone that and I think that the manager an older lady, should have Done a better job. my family and I go here often and it is not the first time that we have seen or heard even the cooks and servers fighting and yelling at each other cussing in Spanish. It’s so unfortunate that the restaurant could do better if they had people who behaved as if they were at work instead of out in the streets, acting inappropriate for the workplace.

Overpriced, busy servers, and the food was merely okay. I was really surprised because I heard good things about it, but we only saw the server once and no refills. And the food was merely ehh, I won't come back though
Purchase the camarones aguachile and had just ordered these a few days ago and just like the picture shows there was sauce in the middle of the tray with lemon. Went to purchase the same thing today and the platter was dry and when I called about the manager stated they had changed this some time back. I literally visited the same location and ordered the same thing days apart and there was such a difference. Then the manager was quite rude and condescending, and told me I had ordered like that even though the picture on the menu shows it like I wanted. He was quite rude over the phone and in person and I'm very disappointed I've to this location for years and seems the service isn't what it use to be. I would recommend possibly looking at other locations or restaurants compared to this one
