I don’t even know how to explain this! My first time writing a review anywhere! Service is terrible didn’t give us napkins or silverware had to ask for it. Tortilla was raw. Toast on patty melt was like a stone. Chips were stale. And the workers are just sitting on their phones. No worth the prices either. Sweet tea is straight out disgusting tasted like chemicals.

The waitress named Zoila was very rude and is hard of hearing. She pretended to not know what we were saying and then just walked off before we were done asking her about our order. The other waitress was nice and tried to make an excuse of why she was rude but that should have not even have had to happen. There was a hair in food of one of the plates as well. Not likely to come back here. The owner was very nice and friendly but he may need to talk to his staff about customer service. If you don’t want to wait on people then don’t get a waitress job. Plain and simple.

I ordered the Santa Fe priced at 14.99 was truly enjoying it. When I found a piece of white hair in my food. The server proceeded to say no one here has white hair and if we had animals. She insisted it wasn't from their cooks or servers. I advised again we do not have animals nor do I have any white hairs myself as she could clearly see. I left half my plate there. They offered to remake it or something else. Worried they were going to do something seeing as they were upset that I insisted it was on there end. They offered to discount and only removed 2 dollars of my plate just two dollars. Again the food is good there but wasn't going to eat it with hair.
