As soon as we walked in there was nobody in the front. Then a guy finally comes out after a while with an ear bud in one ear and he looked like he was in a bad mood. Then the rest of the staff finally came out and it seemed like they were in a bad mood aswell. They weren't very friendly. The restrooms didn't work.

Came in for lunch, there was no people in line and 5 workers in the kitchen area, not one person welcomed us in. We stood there waiting to order for about 7 minutes, while standing there all workers saw us yet not one told us they’d be right with us or anything. They finally helped us and when ordering I said “baby tomatoes” instead of “cherry tomatoes” and the worker helping us (male Asian) laughed in our face as he thought that was funny I guess and proceeded to say “say that again” I just thought that was very rude and uncalled for. These workers definitely need more training over customer service. Hate that this was my experience, will not be returning to this location. Pieology Edinburg, please do better!

SUPER happy with their plant-based pizza options (i.e. gluten-free crust, cauliflower crust, & Daiya non-dairy cheese). Great for vegans or those w dietary/dairy sensitivities
