There was no chicken available at 12 pm lunch hour. How can you not have chicken available. They had a lot of people waiting on orders. Unbelievable!!!!

Chicken not only was stale taste like it been there and reheated again didn’t enjoy eating it without that smell 🤢 mash potato dry gravy too thick they didn’t even gave me the biscuit the fries over seasoned I got two orders of two pieces got one order wrong and the manager and the other lady have the audacity to still give an attitude when they were the ones to do the order wrong 😑 I wouldn’t go again to this location

Sat at the drive through for about 8 min with no one responding. Drove to the window to order thinking the speaker was busted. Got to the window and the employee asked us to get out of the line and order through the speaker where nobody responded?

What an ugly experience one has as a customer. The truth is, the women who are taking the order are rude. Well, the boy who is collecting the yes is very kind, but the women are extremely rude, so much so that they did not turn off the microphone and I had to listen to them saying nonsense from me, how bad the truth is

The manager was very rude when I went to clarify that she took my order wrong and she started yelling at me in front of other customers, I asked for my money back and that they didn't have a receipt and she even threw my debit card on the counter. good bad

I went on Sunday evening to Dine-in and they took a while to take my order. Anyways, I ordered a 2 pc and a spicy chicken sandwich but they never called out my number. A gentleman that had gotten there before me was also waiting for his order and was never called. We were both waiting and the customers who had gotten there after us got their meals in less than 10min. I went to the register to ask how long it was going to take and the employees didn't acknowledge me. After waiting at the register and for more than 35-40min for the meal ,I asked for a refund.

I found maggots on my ketchup packets that were in the same bag along with my food. I called and spoke to a manager on duty, guy got really defensive. Especially when I asked for a refund. I told the guy I had already ate most of my meal he demanded I go back so he can replace my food even though I stated I was not interested in replacing my food but would like a refund. Asked if there was someone else I could speak with or if I could have the # to corporate and he told me no he was the store manager and if I wanted corporates # to check my receipt and he hung up. Very disappointing I usually frequent this location at least once a week. I’ll be traveling across town from now on.
