Terrible service! After waiting 30 minutes, attendant forgot about me so I pounded on the window and then he asks me what my order was. So frustrating! I drive off with nothing. Stay away from this joint if you want to get to work on time.

I have been to several locations but this one is the saddest. They are all great with the exception of this one. When you ask for an açaí bowl they have them pre-frozen and just add fruit to the top. If you dine in, it is difficult to eat since it is frozen and hard as a rock. If you ask for a freshly made smoothie bowl they tell you that they are all frozen. So I don’t understand why they advertise fresh smoothie bowl when in reality it’s frozen solid & staff refuse to make a fresh smoothie. Find another location so you can actually enjoy a true smoothie.

Terrible experience. I loved smoothie king but they let me down ...I placed a mobile order at 10:13. I arrived at 1030 to pick it up....I don't know if it was ready or not becusse I stood there like an idiot... no acknowledgement for 10 minutes... now I'm heard to work no breakfast plus I'm out the money i payed for my smoothie...I will not be returning here
