Several disappointing trips lately! Super slow! Ordered with the app and it still takes 15-20 minutes to get the order. Simple orders. Cheeseburgers with ketchup. Most of the time there’s either no ketchup at all OR it has everything on it. If you go in the evening and order tea CHECK IT before you leave! It’s almost always spoiled and we throw it out. Today took 22 minutes to get 3 fountain drinks. Ordered a coke, sprite and Sprite Zero with real lime and blackberry. But I got a Coke, Sprite Zero, Sprite Zero with blackberry and no lime. How hard is it to get an order right??

1/5 Stars I don’t usually write reviews, but my recent trip to Sonic was just too disappointing not to mention. First off, the tater tots were clearly old—cold and stale like they had been sitting around for a while. The hot dog? Let’s just say it was downright disgusting. It was dry, and the taste was off, like it had been reheated multiple times. But what really took the cake was my large Big Red. They filled the entire cup to the brim with ice, so I ended up with just a few sips of actual soda. I mean, I paid for a drink, not a cup of ice! Honestly, I was hoping for a quick, satisfying meal, but I walked away disappointed. Probably won’t be back anytime soon! 3:44 09/20

What a joke. Ordered 3 slushies and one wrap at 849 pm. Waited until 9:20 and asked for my refund and still didn’t even get my food!!! The rude girl said “we’re backed up. You’ll get your refund in 5-7 days”. No sorry or anything. I always have problems here. It’s ridiculous. My kids just wanted a slush!!!!!!
