I went in to do a little Christmas shopping on 12-09-2025 around 6:40 PM and selected about $50 in gifts. As I waited at the counter for over five minutes, I was completely ignored. I get that it's busy, but I don't think they even noticed when I put all the gifts back on the shelf and left!

Great spot for a quick bite and some focused study time, I grabbed a Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap and a cold brew. It’s conveniently close to the UTRGV, making it a perfect place to study or get some work done. Highly recommend!

Look at pictures!! I ordered “no ice” because they don’t know what “light ice” means. What I got was a cup full of ice … they supposedly fixed it … I received a shot of matcha. Really??
This is visit #12 of 12 orders, over the past year. This store NEVER gets any customized orders correct. They apologize like crazy then fix it?
I’ve seen so many people have the same problem while I wait 15-30 minutes for an online app order.
They’ve used cows milk for my oat milk request. Given me lemonade with refreshers despite “no lemonade” request. Received no peach juice instead green tea blend when I requested it.
Shame, shame on you, Edinburg Starbucks! You need to do better and training staff to follow order instructions, the first go around!

Stopped in at Starbucks for a quick coffee and it turned out real good. Got a hot latte and it was smooth, not burned or bitter, and the pastry was fresh too. Place was clean, had plenty of spots to sit, and the workers were friendly and got my drink out pretty fast. Good spot to grab a coffee and catch your breath a bit before heading back to work

I usually dont like to post bad reviews but,This would be the maybe the 3rd time this happens where order online ahead of time usually says 7-12 min get there at time it says and I still have to wait 20- 25 min ..
Idk what’s wrong 😭 I asked for less sweetness and you guys gave me my drink extra sweetness. The guy understood me so idk why they gave it to me like this. Why so petty! Always doing my frapps super sweet
