Went there for dinner at around 8. The employee was incredibly rude and seemed bothered that we walked in. Didn’t really talk to us, just stared and expected us to start listing off our order. Just as me and my wife sit down to start eating, he “unfortunately” informs us that the lobby is closed despite the fact that the chairs were still set at the tables. How the lobby is closed two whole hours before the restaurant is scheduled to close is beyond me. Overall, pretty terrible experience and I’d recommend just going to the one on the other side of University Dr.

Carlo was the server. I literally saw two potential customers walk out and one of them was trying to let him help him but he shrugged it off and gave an attitude making the customer walk out.

With me, he made my food correctly, but when it came time to taking my order for veggies, he just gave me a look like I was bothering him. He especially made a face when i asked for extra ranch.

Wasn’t the best experience but you all should have him learn a bit more customer service skills particularly being cordial and welcoming

the employee Carlo is mad and aggressive all the time and doesn’t ask any questions and expects you to tell him everything you want on the sandwich, which he doesn’t even listen to and just adds whatever he feels like putting.

I used to go to Subway so much in high school, over 15 years ago, and I always got a footlong because it was enough to fill me up. Today, I was highly disappointed.

The fod tasted fine. Nothing special, but man the thing was tiny. I received a coupon online for a $6.99 footlong sandwich. I've gotten #1 like three times so I decided on that again. Put in a mobile order and walked in the door, no problem.

No greeting, walked in and grabbed my bag. I had to find a clean chair and table because two were not clean. No service whatsoever. Didn't see an employee once.

The picture doesn't do it justice. It was like the bread shrunk and the servings cut in half. I will definitely spend my money elsewhere. 2 stars mang!

If i could rate 0 i would. Kimberly was absolutely miserable, i went to this subway location for a two meat ball marineras and one employee said okay and left the bread there, then kimberly came and asked what we wanted and I repeated myself, then she starts making it and says “oh we’re out of meatballs sorry i could only make one sandwich with it” obviously if they say theyre out im not gonna argue so i just said okay and chose a different sandwich. She then left my sandwich there and the other employee finished off the sandwich. When we were paying kimberly came out the back with more meatballs. Super annoying and rude that she lied just because she was to lazy to make more meatballs.

i ordered online and got there 5 min later, but still had to wait 16 min while being the only one in the store. to add insult to injury he asked me to get him a drink from the fridge because he was preparing a doordash order and didn’t want to go around the counter to get it. overall experience was awful and wouldn’t eat here again.

Horrible, I ordered a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, green pepper and cucumbers. All I got was lettuce and tomato and half a piece of bell pepper and no cucumbers. The sauce I got was ranch which didn’t even taste like ranch to begin with. Better service is needed here.
