If i could rate 0 i would. Kimberly was absolutely miserable, i went to this subway location for a two meat ball marineras and one employee said okay and left the bread there, then kimberly came and asked what we wanted and I repeated myself, then she starts making it and says “oh we’re out of meatballs sorry i could only make one sandwich with it” obviously if they say theyre out im not gonna argue so i just said okay and chose a different sandwich. She then left my sandwich there and the other employee finished off the sandwich. When we were paying kimberly came out the back with more meatballs. Super annoying and rude that she lied just because she was to lazy to make more meatballs.

i ordered online and got there 5 min later, but still had to wait 16 min while being the only one in the store. to add insult to injury he asked me to get him a drink from the fridge because he was preparing a doordash order and didn’t want to go around the counter to get it. overall experience was awful and wouldn’t eat here again.

Horrible, I ordered a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, green pepper and cucumbers. All I got was lettuce and tomato and half a piece of bell pepper and no cucumbers. The sauce I got was ranch which didn’t even taste like ranch to begin with. Better service is needed here.

Let me start by saying my family and I are HUGE FANS OF SUBWAY Sandwiches ❤️. But this This place this location 102 2nd Ave across from (UTRGV) is always out of everything specifically a few hours before closing. This is not involving a “one time incident” , this has been throughout the past year. I have witnessed excuses by different employees avoiding prepping new product for sandwiches, saying they are out of the ingredients, food being cold or hard bread. Today (03/19/2023) I heard an employee suggest a customer go to another subway down the street supposedly bcz they were out of meatballs as well. This place is always out of Tuna, out of any meat that requires heating up, you’re lucky to get a cold cut sandwich here. As I said before, not an isolated issue, I live 6 minutes from them. I started driving across town to purchase at a different location, it was a mistake going back to this one today simply for convenience .If this location fails it’s bcz their employees are ruining this location. I should have taken pics but was always so frustrated I just walk out…
