Order was suppose to be ready at 8:25 PM; however, when the order was picked up it was the incorrect order. The employee named Jonathan was notified of my incorrect order and proceeded to work on other orders instead of mine. He denied my request for a refund after I became restless waiting. Gave me no other option but to wait for my food already preordered and paid for. 45 minutes later he worked on my order and refused to give me the store manager’s contact information.
I ordered one 6inch sub online, and had to wait over 30 minutes for it to be made. Attempted to go through drive through and never got helped. Went inside and my order wasn't ready even though the app said it should be ready. It's frustrating that the guy continued helping people in line while ignoring my online order that should've been ready already.

Today ( November 25,2024 at 11 in the morning ) my husband And I decided to try the food here . The place is nice and clean . But when we’re about to order the guy who named NOAH ( the worker ) he showed to us how rude he is . He don’t smile or greet us at all . While my husband telling him about his order the guy Noah really look so mad at us and we don’t know why !? Them about the food , we wait for my churro and pretzel for 25 minutes that’s why when I am about to eat them it’s already cold and the drinks also taste like water 😩 maybe that will be our first and last experience to eat there. I will tell to my coworkers about this so they will not be the victims also . So disappointing .

I went in an order the bacon turkey wrap it was delicious the employee who attended me was a young man but he was a big guy was very sweet and polite I think I remember correctly his name was Jonah there was a few people in line but he did a great job

20 minute wait with no cars in the drive way and apparently they only had one person working the store. Subway is a lost cause. They can’t figure out how to make their order process more efficient
This guy has got to be high he doesn’t know and clowns me on what 9 grain wheat is and he’s asking me the same question 3 times and is very slow for the line only being me and one person I have been here for 25 minutes and my sandwich still isn’t made. This guy is a clown. My turkey fell on the table and he still just puts it in my sandwich and how do u take 10 years to make my sandwich it has 4 things In it

The service left a lot to be desired. The staff is not friendly and they act as if you’re a burden. Also, I ordered a chicken bacon ranch that I haven’t had lin years and it was very disappointing. I won’t be back unless a few things change.

The manager needs to learn how to do schedules, look at your cameras from 3:30 till I left at 4:10pm on 9/28/24. The poor employee was by himself with a line in the driveway and inside. I know he cried because he was overwhelmed, the manager should work these hours so he/she can see what this poor employee went thru!!!!!!!

Came in and I was the only customer in the store. A few red flags appeared pretty quickly. They were out of tuna, which is fine, it happens. Then they were out of lettuce, which is weird. The meat section was covered so you couldn't see their options. The employee (the ONLY employee in the store) was working the drive through and was making several sandwiches while also trying to man the front. The employee was definitely being overworked so I was trying to be patient, as it definitely wasn't his fault. However, I asked for a certain type of cheese and he gave me another cheese without thinking I would notice. Hygiene came into concern when he touched his hat with his gloves but went back to making sandwiches without changing the gloves. All around a bad experience. Health code violations. Bad inventory. Wouldn't be surprised if this and other subway locations were to be closed down soon.
