The staff look like they hate their jobs or they hate each other. Very poor customer service. This happens every time and finally decided to write a review. Love Subway but I will not go to this one again.

Have visited this Subway three times in the last two weeks. Due to working near by. Unfortunately each visit was a negative one. The staff is rude, they do not smile, they do not greet you and they make feel like you're a bother being there. Although the food is good I will not be visiting this store anymore. Due to the bad customer service.

Veggies are frozen and saggy... server seems to be force to prepare sandwiches... most of tthe tables are full of crumps and wrapping need to clean it yourself before dining. Stay away from this subway if you don't want to be disappointed ?Vegetarian options: Veggies are saggy especially the tomatoes

Didn't receive my chips or drink. Ordered delivery through the subway app. Contacted the restaurant the guy who answered the phone was no help surprise surprise. ? He told me to complain to door dash even though THEY are the ones who package the order THEY forgot my stuff and refuse to be held accountable.

One of the worst Subways in The Valley ! Fist and last time ordering from there ! I made two online orders and the sandwiches was literally veggies only, maybe half of scoop for a footlong ! Terrible ! The other order was not done yet and when the girl with a piercing in her nose gave me the bag she said “that’s all the order had” when clearly in the receipt I was missing my chips and soda. Cookies were about 1 week old and nasty !

I went in on a Wednesday night to grab a sub to go. The place was empty besides me and an old lady. I don't know how it happened but the dude managed to switch our subs and I found out when I got home. How hard is it to keep track of the subs? I called the restaurant to let them know about the mistake and also tell them to make another sub to have it ready for me. The phone just rang and rang. I drove back and saw the place EMPTY. One employee was eating dinner and the other was in the kitchen area. He came out and asked if something was wrong. I told him what he did wrong and also asked him why they didn't answer the phone. The other guy that was eating said he was helping a customer at the drive through window when the phone rang. Then I looked back at the guy helping me, "where were you then? What were you doing that was so important you couldn't answer the phone?" He just looked me and went back to making my sandwich. He ignored my question because he knew he screwed up not once, but twice. This job is not hard but somehow these knuckleheads can't get it right. I guess finding quality employees is hard these days.

The Eddie = Steak, Pepperoni, shredded cheddar a light splash of chipotle... MmmAtmosphere, It's a small store subway. The AC is cold on a hot day, the store is clean, and the air smells like freshly baked bread.

Every Friday out Doctor buys us lunch and it’s usually here. Lately we try to make order by phone so we don’t hold up the line in the store but they tell us no phone orders so we show up with 5 sandwiches to order and they give us a evil look like it bothers them that it’s 5 sandwiches. If they don’t want the service just tell us and we can have the doctor buy food from somewhere else …

I suggest not to prepare a sandwich if it's toasted, if you know you'll have the customer waiting the food gets cold, also attend to the customers accordingly not skip them.

Went to dine in but decided to take order to go. The temperature inside the restaurant was hotter than outside... Felt bad for the poor employees who had to bear the excessive heat...should have closed the restaurant until ac was fixed.
