I ordered online with a coupon and the total was 14.99, when I submitted I saw that I got charged 28.88. I called this store to see how we can fix this and the rep said he had no idea. When I asked if the other can be cancelled he said no. I was given the managers phone number and to call him to resolve but he never picked up. He didn't even have his voicemail set up. When I called back to ask if they made the order, they hadn't. I informed the employee since I couldn't get a refund, to just make it. When I went to pickup the order at curbside, no one ever came out to my car. I had to call in and inform them that I had checked in on the app for curbside, to which the employee responded with astonishment because no one has ever parked at the curbside parking and checked in before
When I got home and checked my order, my sandwiches were incorrect, wrong toppings and condiments. I'm too upset to even have them fix it..... This subway is 2 minutes from my house and it's always dead and now, I know why.

Mobile orders are disregarded quite often at this location (4th time). The lady working there seems legit, though cooworkers sometimes give bad service. I got reimbursement when I came to find out order had not been starter after 30 minutes pre-ordered.

The menu board showed a price that was $2 less than what the register rang it up. They said it was price adjustment and we could either take the food or leave it. We left. Do not recommend.

Order a salad. With a 6ā€ meat portion like always. They forced me to purchase the protein bowl because their system sucks and can’t even process a payment right for the right meal. The lady didn’t even know the system and said she couldn’t sell me the salad if I didn’t want to pay full price. She said she will give me the extra meat that corresponded to the protein bowl which I didn’t want because i didn’t want to pay for extra food I didn’t request and I’m not gonna eat. Paid $30 for a small salad and a 6ā€ sandwich. Managers don’t let new employees work by themselves if they can’t resolve a small problem by themselves. Horrible service.

Heads up to those ordering online. If they don't have something, they will take your money and give you something else. I emailed them to tell them that they needed to pay closer attention, and I received a reply where the Manager said they didn't have anymore jalapenos (only reason I ordered the sandwich) and that they were aware. I have been called by restaurants before to let me know that they were didn't have something I ordered so that I can cancel or change my order, even small businesses do this; not Subway, though. Just be aware that you could get something other than what you ordered, and to them it's just not a big deal. I don't know, I think It's only fair to let me know that I won' t be getting what I ordered; I definitely would have canceled the order.

Ordered thru the app to avoid coming into the store and waste time. Well, I had to wait inside the store anyways. The person who was on shift hadn't even prepared my order yet. I had to wait inside the store and watch this old man prep my food. He was the only person working and there was NO ONE in the restaurant. Tell me why he couldn't just make it for pick-up before? šŸ™„

Went today to get 2 sandwiches everything was pretty good until I opened up my sandwich and found a hair on both sides where they cut the sandwich in half even cutting the hair in 2 pieces. Instantly lost my appetite and the lady who prepared my sandwiches didn't have a hair net either. ?
