Sketchy place. I stopped in to order a sandwich and immediately noticed the establishment was not very clean. The employees—a young man and woman—handled all food preparation in the back, out of sight. The sandwich was brought out with very little meat before vegetables were added. When I questioned it, the staff became argumentative rather than addressing my concern. I was also asked to pay before the sandwich was even made. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to poor service, questionable food preparation practices, and lack of cleanliness. I will not be returning.

Ordered food in drive through, sign said cash only left once to get cash came back and waited 20 mins for order and just to be told not taking bills over $20 they made me leave with they could have made the exception especially cause the sign didn’t state no large bills and then tried to give me the same food that I had to leave and go get change for.
Very bad service by Carlos no welcome no smile face very serious never will I go back to that location that's cause i live around the corner I had to go to another location where service was batter then what he gave use

I do not recommend this place. I looked at the produce and it wasn't fresh! I got sick afterward. I'm only leaving this review because I got sick. I wanted to walk out and not pay for the sandwich, but it was already made, so I just paid and left. I should've just followed my instincts.

*****ZERO STARS AVOID*****A couple of days ago I went through the drive thru. Of course they use the touchscreen kiosks and I simply ordered two foot long cold cut trios. Nothing fancy, I thought. Well when I got home it looked like they just put salami and forgot the rest of the ingredients! I was so mad because my daughter hated it. I had to go to McDonald's to replace it. So I called Subway. Guess what?? They never answered. I called all day, nothing. I worked the next day and forgot I needed to call. Guess what?? They never answered. I called all weekend and guess what?? NO ANSWER!!! This subway is a way off my home and just wanted to talk to someone so I can get a replacement. Nope! Then when I go online it says the ONLY way to contact a human for a complaint is go online. I FINALLY emailed someone after spending a ridiculous amount of hours trying to contact ANYONE. Guess what?? The manager, Brenda told me, sorry you experienced less than ideal eating.....hope you come back! Lol. That was it! No sorry, here is your coupon for a replacement. Or, I am sending you a refund. This is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!! People go to Firehouse, Jimmy John's, Jason's Deli....ANYWHERE but this dump!!!!!!

I’d like to clarify that i regularly go here and as such i thought it’d be best to leave a honest review on my time there. So the reality of fast food is that we leave very undertrained young adults and tell them “we must have our nourishment immediately”. The times i’ve been here i’ve felt like it was well cared for like everyone knows what they’re doing and it’s just another day so, service wise, it’s great. Food quality could be better the lettuce and spinach seems very old and uncared for but again this is fast food. If i could leave this review with just a piece of mind it’s be great if they could increase the quality of the vegetables since that’s one of the breaking points for the quality. I ordered a foot long and didn’t get the thing i payed extra for, but upon asking nicely they fixed it for me!

Arrived 12 minutes before closing, spent about 5 minutes configuring my order for my family through the drive thru. Only to be interrupted by the intercom & told that I couldn’t place my order because they turned off the toasters. I asked to speak to the manager and was given the assistant manger when I asked her if it was standard practice to turn off the toasters before closing & WHILE a customer was currently ordering she responded with “yes we turn off the toasters mas o menos 5 minutes before closing” obviously they have no respect for the hours listed on their door. We drove across town to the other local Edinburg Subway E expressway that was happy to serve us.

The manager Ricardo looked at me twice and instead of helping me himself he he went to fetch somone else. Just bad taste in my opinion. Everyone else was great

The assistant manager Sarah horrible customer service. Did not even give me a receipt of my refund when she overcharged me. Very rude and unprofessional. Makes this business look bad for someone in her position. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Do not come to this location.
Literally every single time the closing/evening people are there, they screw up my order in some way and they always take forever. At least get my drink right when I’m having to pay extra for a large.
