Ordered some sides—rice, beans, guac—and the portions were tiny. My wife politely asked for a bit more, and the manager came out into the dining room to lecture her. When I asked, “Is it a big deal to add a little more?” he walked off and sarcastically said, “I’ll pay for it.” Unprofessional and rude. Won’t be back.
Asked for extra grilled quesadilla and it looks half raw, doesn’t have quesadilla sauce and only has 5 small pieces of chicken. Asked for Dr Pepper for diet Dr pepper. That’s it. That’s all I asked for. Two items. I didn’t even get a receipt to find out the person who took my orders name. This was drive thru with only two ppl in line and I was first. Two items.
