just got a botana for two and it was the worst i’ve ever had. it had soggy chips that tasted like oil, more onions than meat, dry chicken and small pieces of it, dried tortillas. it also had a funny taste. i would NOT recommend as it was our first time ordering.

Customer service was horrific,food took too long to get,they forgot to give us silverware,and we had to remind them about our coffee 3x. They only came to check on our table once,we literally had to get up and ask for plates to take our food.
The Kissi restaurants are all good places to grab a good dinner or lunch. I think the food is good and it has a ton of variety.

The atmosphere was good, the food was good. But I didn’t like the gratuity that was charged. I’m use to the waitstaff checking on us throughout the meal. We had to ask several times for items. Maybe she wasn’t new, I will go back to give them another chance.

I don't think and no my life of going going to go and eat at a Mexican restaurant that the services are not good services the meat is very poorly like if they're weighing it by the pound or something it's burned it's still I ordered a botana and I didn't even eat it my friend got about Donna too and we had like four drinks for some reason our Bell was like $130 never have I ever spend that anywhere else and never ever while I recommend this place to anybody and if I hear the word Taco kisses to anybody I will tell them every single bad story and experience I had there the food was super burned not even my dogs ate it and the drinks they don't know how to make the drinks so disappointed I could have gone to another Mexican restaurant and paid way less and enjoyed my time
