We absolutely enojoyed our stay. The only hiccup we had was never enough towels for the amount of guests in the room after informing them at check in. No biggie, just went up every day to ask for more from front desk. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. AC ran perfectly for it to be over 100 heat mark!

Easy access to shopping, fuel and highway 281. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and person running the breakfast was friendly and helpful as well as one of the best Best Western Breakfasts ever. Clean rooms anf good value.

I loved this room because it was very spacious and had a sofa. I will definitely stay here again they just have to work on making the beds daily. Other than that I had good stay there!!!. I will definitely let my friends know about this place!!

We were pleased with our two-night stay here. Certainly there are not many frills, but this worked well for our purposes. The bed was very comfortable, and we did not hear much outside noise (perhaps because of the air conditioner, but quiet nonetheless). The room and linens were clean. Perhaps the laminate floor (rather than carpet) helps with that. On the negative side, the decor was pretty basic, and the dark accent wall darkened the room too much IMO; empty space in the room made it look like a piece of furniture may have been missing(?). The highlights of the stay were the home-cooked breakfasts. Fantastic! The Sunday lady and the Monday lady each prepared a different meal, but both were fabulous. A special thanks to them -- they put smiles on our faces.

Great price, room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t get to try the breakfast because we woke up late. The pool looked nice wish we could’ve made time for it. Overall wonderful stay, we will be back.

Room was a good size, beds are very comfortable. Everything was very clean and stocked well. Breakfast was great, first time I've had a very tasty hotel breakfast, attendant was very friendly. Overall the stay was nice, only complaint was the front desk clerk was somewhat rude. But I would choose to stay here again!
Nice place for a drink. Karaoke was happening the night we went. Small quaint place.

We, as a family had a great night sleep and a delicious wake up breakfast. will definitely come back again. the lady in the kitchen was eager to serve and very kind, a rare gem in todays world, super friendly.

Containers ocupied part of parking lot all spaces are dirty stairs and walkway need extremely maintenance dining too small for service hope will desappear this motel from Edinburg TX. Beautiful city denigrates this kind of hotel
