We were looking for a nutrition club while traveling and found The Spot. We had a wonderful experience!! Shake & teas are great!! Owners were very nice! I would definitely recommend you stop in and try it out.

The place is inconsistently open. It’s never open at the posted hours of operation. I’ve visited twice, once on a Sunday and once on a Saturday. Both times it was closed despite posted hours of being open.

Herbalife is a sketchy pyramid scheme-like company that traps people into thinking it's legitimate business, especially exploiting Latino communities. The shakes are just flavored protein powders that you can buy from better and cheaper brands to make at home. They are not healthy meal replacements, treat them as snacks, if you lose any weight it will be due to malnourishment. I wish they had HERBALIFE stickers on the windows so I would have known to stay away.
