Absolutely a hidden gem. Their food, and service is top notch. Lunch specials are amazing as well. A must try is their chicken wings, sweet soy, and spicy Asian peach are delicious. All the goodness you want. Michelle the manager makes it all happen with a great staff.💜💜💜

A couple of friends took me out to eat here, and this has become for me one of the must go to eat spots for sushi in all of Mcallen. Most places you pay 15 to 20 dollars for a sushi roll, and for the first time in my life it felt like the sushi was big enough for my appetite. Whoever thought of the sushi hotdog is a genius. This place is worth the money and the drive.

Our favorite sushi spot! The service is always great and the food is always amazing. Ordered: 1. Rock'n'roll - wrapped in cucumber and so fresh 2. Lo mein noodles - ordered as an appetizer and perfectly prepared 3. Complementary soup - great meal starter 4. Mochi - delicious! But would be good without the chocolate

It’s our go to date night. Food is freshly prepared and ingredients are great. Environment and staff are great, welcoming and on point. Love that they take pride in experimenting with different ways to provide/prepare your dish; such as, wings, try them, they’re wildly different, crisp, Meaty and full of flavor or any of their refreshing and colorful salads.

I spoke directly with Darius asked him to. Please include enough Soysauce and wasabi. Food was delivered thru door dash with zero wasabi. $150 worth the Sushi Just not the same without wasabi can’t say any more than that Shame on you. Darius. Hope management reads this. By the way Dash dash offered $2.14 as a refund for my inconvenience don’t think I’ll be using either one of these companies again.

We went here today for my granddaughter‘s birthday because she loves sushi. She had never been to this restaurant and me and my some other family members have been there a few times so I decided to take her there and it was phenomenal. The food was excellent as always, and they’re very professional. All the staff are very kind and considerate they made her day extra special. The owners are wonderful people to talk to everyone that works. There is so kind and considerate. They do an amazing job and they’re always on the spot with anything that you need. The food was phenomenal And the prices are excellent. I suggest everyone try out tsunami in Lakewood Ranch is beautiful inside and outside.
